Overall, this was a very nice property and we had a good stay. The hotel was very clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us near the market area with multiple good food options, and it allowed us relatively good access throughout the island. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in and check out were very easy. Parking was adequate.

Be aware you are fairly close to Jeju International Airport, so during busy times (generally, at various periods between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.) you can hear the aircraft. For non-Korean customers, the bathroom towels are small and you will be asked to take out and separate the trash.

Great hotel in the heart of Jeju City. We rented a car from Jeju airport, so it only took about 15 minutes to arrive, with parking available at the hotel. Once you're there, it is possible to get around with public transport, but there's so much to see in Jeju, the car helped to get around the whole island. The hotel was welcoming, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was geared up for self-catering, so there were self-use laundry and cooking facilities available in your room, which was a nice touch (not that we used them). Nice wetroom bathroom, and staff were friendly when we saw them.

The lady owner of the hotel is very kind and friendly, gave very clear instructions upon checkin. THe owner is very helpful to help us call taxi. There are some eateries and convenient shops (7-11 & Nice to cu) within 5min walking distance. very convenient.

There's no room service (clean up) through out your stay. You are suppose to clean the rubbish yourself everyday. Not easy to approach the staffs in the hotel as the staffs are not at the counter all the time. You need to call the staff via your phone. There is washing machine in the room, sadly no dryer.

The hostess Ara was lovely ☺️ My room was big and airy and had double glazed sliding doors/window. The bathroom was a nice size with 2 shower heads. Please note that you have to empty your own rubbish by the side of the building. There’s no room cleaning during your stay. You don’t get big bath towels, more like hand towels but it still worked fine inspite of my tubby chubby body😄 You can borrow a drying rack. The washing machine doesn’t have a Drying setting. All in all, this was a well thought out room. Even had a long shoehorn👍🏻

I’m not used to emptying the rubbish. But, apparently, if you’re not staying in a fancy hotel, most hotels request that you do it. This rule is for S. Korean hotels I guess.

Nice small clean apartment with everything you need! Cool view over parts of the city, the location turned out to be perfect to reach most attractions I wanted to see in 15 minutes by foot. Super helpful information in your room & the front officd on restaurants nearby, tourist information, how to behave as a tourist not knowing Korean hospice culture.. the host is super nice and helpful with any question you have! I was able to stay one night longer on short notice for a very fair price.

Big apartment with all you need, 10th room floor with killer views, quiet, washing machine, good WiFi, several eateries within 2 min walk (pasta and wine bar: la vue) Groceries store 1 min. Sea promenade with shops and restaurants 15 min walk. Market with great cheap shashimi. 10 min walk. Host was nice and speaks English , arranged a taxi for us.. early morning to catch a flight.. walk to city hall 15 min to take bus to west Jeju or South Jeju

All was good, yes the small towels again😀, but can be switched every day

Very nice hostess, a lovely little lady. Then again, I only met her at checkin The place is very much self-service. Room was spacious and light. Location was not smack in the middle, but still within walking distance.

The blind for the window was not adequate. During night it decently dark, but after sunrise it was too light in the room for sleeping. The bed was not very comfortable for me, but that could be different for the next guest.

Nice to have a washing machine, to wash my clothes.

The room do not have any hanger to dry the clothes outside, after washing.

The hotel is great for long trips. We stayed for almost a month and were very happy with it. The hotel is very conveniently located - close to the bus stop, easy to walk to the bus terminal Close to many cafes and cherry blossom street. The room was large with a big window, the bed was comfortable, there was a washing machine in the room and a table for lunch or work. The room was quiet. The owner of the hotel was very kind I would love to come back again!

- Very friendly host. She even can speak some of our local language, which shows that she is very welcome to any foreign guest. She can also help us to fix the problem with the curtains. Instructions are everywhere in the hotel, you can read or ask for further info with her phone number available. - Location is good. You can reach Dongmun market and Teapdong shopping street in 5 walking minutes. 10mins to City Hall. 2,3 convenient stores around when you need something in the late evening. There are also some local restaurants but we did not have time to try all.

- The air condition may need to have a clean service. For its first start, I coughed for a while, maybe because it still held some pollen of spring flowers or something, or maybe just because I am so sensitive with allergies. Other than that, it works very well.
