We stayed in the 3 bedroom bungalow and had a really great Summer holiday break. The bungalow was comfortable, modern and clean. Spacious and decent furniture - a comfortable sofa, and well equipped kitchen. Air con and new tvs/soundbars in each room. We loved that we were near the swimming pool and a few minutes away from the beach. Excellent facilities at the Sebel, and a great location - quiet, but still close to restaurants, beach and the cycle path to Busselton foreshore or Dunsborough.

Wifi was intermittent at times, with limited service. BBQ was out of service in our back garden area, but you could use others around the resort.

The facilities were great and well maintained and the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was modern and the beds were very comfy. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Access to the beach was just behind the complex and within walking distance to a beautiful restaurant - Tonic by the Bay. The squash court, gym, tennis court, indoor swimming pool and games room kept our teenagers very busy. The outdoor pool looked lovely but was way too cold for me.

We didn't realise when we booked our family holiday that the Leavers were vacating the same day as we arrived. This meant there was quite a delay in receiving our keys. The staff and management were sympathtic to our delay and provided us with a voucher to Tonic by the Bay where we had a lovely meal whilst we waited for our room to be cleaned.

Such a great and quiet spot for small families. We loved the restaurant next door and the walking/bike track was fantastic. The beach was wonderful and a short drive into Busselton was exactly what we wanted. Great location for us to unwind! The pool was fantastic.

We loved everything and it was clean in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Only downside was the floor wasn’t clean so our feet would go black within an hour. Needs a good deep clean (cobwebs on ceilings etc). Perhaps we’re a little picky with the $400 price point per night, but those deep cleaning elements were our only disappointment. You want to feel like you’re in a well looked after & cared for place!

Having a family of all aged children there was activities for all to enjoy. The indoor heated pool was a great addition having a 2yo learning how to swim.

Wasn't a great issue but one of the aircons in bed room 2 was out of service and the weather was quite hot. The staff were very quick to respond to our call and had a technician look at it, but unfortunately was unable to repair the unit. Understandably it was the weekend and would require tradespeople to replace during a working week.

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Stayed before, but hotel has had an upgrade to a high standard. Rooms very comfortable with excellent amenities. Loved the addition of mobile phone chargers on bedside cabinets. Hotel on beach, 2 min walk from 1 bed studio. Personal parking space was great too.

Although indoor pool good, felt was in need of an upgrade regards decor etc. Outdoor pool very nice but towards end of evening attracted a number of ducks that Used the pool as their own pond.

As my husband needs to use a walker and has very poor balance it was important that we had a downstairs Studio. This was very well appointed .

The mess up with out booking. I had received two emails and a phone call assuring me we were in a downstairs studio but when we arrived we given an upstairs studio. It is impossible for my husband to climb up stairs. It was sorted. We could havve done without the Possum droppings and wee over our car every morning.

Location fabulous, rooms very well equipped with everything you might need.

Service at front desk was poor. Served by Lily who couldn’t find my booking due to an error with booking.com, she was not friendly or accommodating more accusatory and implied I did not have a booking. Management assisted to sort out the error which was not my fault (booking.com error) but the whole process was poor customer service or care. Could have been handled in a completely different way.

Extremely well appointed with all the things! Aircon in each room, filtered water, washer/dryer, massive tv with Foxtel and we saw a ring tail possum in the evening thanks to the lovely grounds keeper and a full kitchen. Very clean. Close to the beach and shops. No restaurant on site but one close by which we went to and it had lovely food.

Unfortunately for master 8 the indoor pool wasn’t heated as the pump was out of order but he did get to go in the spa.

The facilities were all extremely clean Including the toilet area near the pool. With three kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa

There was nothing we didn't enjoy. The only negative feedback I could give is when running a shower the hot water took awhile to come thru but once hot it was totally fine, maybe one more sharp knife in the kitchen and an extra oven tray would of been great.

We loved the luxury of the rooms, the pool area especially the spa, the kids loved the games room. Its central and walking distance to the beach and little restaurant next door. The mommy duck with her ducklings in the pool at night was so cute!

We were unfortunate to have a cold shower a few times. Even when one of us showered first in our apartment. I guess the hot water is a central one that is linked to all units and must run out of hot water.
