Great stay with family, including my 11 yr. old and 9 yr. old. We have stayed here before and always have had a pleasant stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at around 3pm and had ample time to use the pool, which was empty to our surprise. The pool water was warm and clean (just had leaves that I pulled out with pool skimmer that they had there). Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and there was staff there cleaning as everyone ate so everything appeared orderly and clean. Great location as well, close to a shopping center.

🥰Staff were welcoming and super nice. They welcomed you with a smile that shone like the sun and great from the heart every time they saw you. And the location is super amazing. Everything you want is surrounding you in a walking distance.

😅 No big deal, just arrived late and was tired to go out to get a bottle of drinking water. Next time a one complentary bottel of water please, will be perfect.

The full breakfast buffet was great the location was outstanding and the employees are awsome Alma and Eric at the front desk rock!! its walking distance to everything the fashion center mall is directly across the street so is walmart and no kidding 50 restaurants surrounded the hotel the last 2 times I stayed I didn't rent a car I walked or took a 5 dollar lyft ride it's a super safe location and it's beautiful in chandler trust me your gonna love it 😀

My only dislike and it's not a complaint is it dosent have a full kitchen and a separate bed room like it's big brother the ressidence in marriott that is directly beside it were I usually stay but it's always sold out but don't worry it's a marriott hotel and you will love it

The room--with the two queens AND the trundle bed under the couch, it fit our family needs well. The beds were fine; the trundle worked great; the TV was fine and the area with the sink and small refrigerator was super.

There were a few bugs that showed up about 2/3 of the way through our stay--in the bathroom. I mentioned it to the desk agent when we checked out.

The breakfast was really nice (if you stick with the bacon - the sausage was terrible). I enjoyed have a choice of a hot or cold breakfast, and the spread was great.

I didn't like the sausage (it as limp, water logged and tasteless) and they ran out of 2% milk (don't care for skim). That's it!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The suite we had was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay in Chandler. What really sets this hotel apart is the service of the staff. Every single staff member we interacted with went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best. They really know how to do customer service right! The full breakfast far exceeded what other hotels usually offer. Staff kept the breakfast buffet full right up to the end, no running out of food if you were one of the last to get there. The breakfast space was large, comfortable and staffed well. We loved the scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and hot coffee. There was also so many options, something for everyone. The fitness center and pool were clean. Add to that ample parking, round the clock service, comfortable beds, and it added up to a wonderful experience! Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

The only thing I would change is perhaps a bit brighter lighting in the sink/vanity area. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Lots of space in our twin queen room ,breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from hot and cold , very fresh and tasty.location was perfect for us to visit family, and fantastic for shopping will large mall just across the road , and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.

I personally would have like somewhere to cook an easy meal , as we were there for 10 nights , restaurants are very close by but eating out every evening was a bit to much for us ,

The place is clean and comfortable. Its a place where you can relax and unwind. Its good for big family since they have 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. The place is well maintained. The staff are quick to respond and are nice.

The place was not cleaned when we arrived and i think there was a miscommunication amongst them. Caretakers i think were not aware that we are checking in so the house was not ready but they were fast enough to clean it. The washer appears to be leaking.

That I didn’t get my discount I told the receptionist that my fiancée worked at INTEL and to cancel our booking that was $586 but with my discount it would have been $375 so I was disappointed that she was not able to accommodate us and not give us the discount

I really like the hotel and the upkeep of the hotel. Most of the staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was delightful.

I was treated like a throwaway because of a misunderstanding with the deposit. I guess because of my race, the attendant assumed I wasn't going to or couldn't pay. But she was wrong. I felt unwelcomed afterwards. I let the front desk attendant know about the incident, and I won't be returning.
