Accomodations were excellent.. we had the double suite w the living room and kitchen and felt like we were home!!! Very nice to be able to spend the day sight seeing shopping etc and coming "home" to be able to enjoy each other like we would if we were in a large home.

Maid service came in on us while we were getting dressed... Oops!!! Location was a little misleading but we were still very pleased w everything

The rooms were spacious with a great Floorplan (bedrooms and bathrooms did not share a wall). The pools were heated and large. The indoor pool had a hot tub and sauna. Everything was clean and meticulously maintained.

The location is a few miles away from everything, so driving to places is a must.

Loved the atmosphere. Although this is not on the water, it is close enough. It is a little dated in decor, but the living room furniture was new in both rooms that we were in. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and there was a lot of space. Courtesy movies available at the front desk. We would stay here again.

Really long hallways. Only one elevator. The ice machine on 1st floor is near the front desk so it made for a long walk since we were near the end.

The location was perfect. We drove but it was only a couple of blocks to downtown Sister Bay. When we were almost home, I realized that I left my phone and watch chargers in the room. So I called and they were found and mailed to me within a few days. Thank you Pheasant Park. I was delighted.

I don't think they had breakfast. I was happy that they replaced the package of coffee I used every day of my stay. Cleaning staff was very friendly. I was impressed that all the personal care products were available.

Our unit had a secluded back porch with a great view. The resort as a whole has great amenities, is well maintained and clean.

The primary bathroom shower is small. Please consider adding a handheld shower head.

The pool and hot tub are very spacious and well maintained. Beautiful lobby area.

Hallways are very long. Depending on where you are located from front desk there may be a lot of walking involved to load and unload.

Rooms were spacious, kitchen had all the utensils, pots, dishes and towels that were needed. Beds were comfortable and our space was comfortable. We were 6 females and shared beds.

The shower could have had more water pressure but it wasn’t a problem.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was charged an extra daily fee for anyone beyond 2 guests. That is a scam. The reasonable expectation would be that 4 people could stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for the cost of this place. They don't change sheets or linens regularly, so why the extra charge. Also, there is only one elevator at the front of the building. All other areas must use stairs. This is important to know for those with physical limitations.

I would have to say was The cleanliness of each room. Everything was above expectations! I would definitely recommend this to any of my family and friends in the future.
