Lovely place, nice and efficient staff, very quick check in, comfortable and spacious room with really comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub, lots of wardrobe space. Possibility to have several course dinner at very reasonable price (we didnt use it, but nice to have the option). Great playground for young visitors.

The outside of the building doesn't do the inside any justice. Could do with a bit of a makeover. Our aircondition didn't work well. Not a problem when it's 20 degrees outside, but in the heat of summer it wouldn't have been comfortable. To be fair, I didn't mention it to staff, there may have been something they could have done about it.

We have been staying in this hotel en route to the Alps for more than 25 years, back from when it was a Novotel. The rooms are well set out and the beds very very comfortable. As ever Friday night 8th March in the restaurant is hugely busy with loads of travellers like us. Whilst there were only three staff on duty they worked like dynamite to cover the busy restaurant and bar, always with a smile and friendly Word. They are a credit to the hotel . The menu is short but the food very good particularly if you opt for the French choices, salade Nordique exceptional, tartiflette excellent and mouseax ar Chocolat also very good. Personally I wouldn’t have gone for a burger although I am sure it was very good, just want to eat French food first night of the holiday. Thank you again and well done. We will be back.

Nothing, we got very good value for what we paid

All staff were very friendly, including in the breakfast restaurant, where an omelette was made for me on my request. Free parking with a gate that closes for the night, adding security. The price we paid for a one night stay makes it fairly good value even in holiday times.

The hotel is a bit worn, but still OK. The location is not particularly attractive. On the plus side there are, for late arrivals, some food outlets, including the usual fast food restaurants, nearby. I don't know but imagine the hotel is difficult to reach without own car. This was the second year in a row that we stayed here en route from Spain to Germany (driving through CH, so get a "vignette") which means that we recommend the place. It was also the second year in a row that the GPS navigator took us through what can be categorised as "cow paths" too narrow for two cars to meet - luckily there were no cars coming towards us during the some 25 km driven among gracing cows (relatively late in the evening), but the GPS's choice of route is of course not the fault of the hotel.... :)

The hotel really lies next to the highway so it's absolutely perfect for a stay when you're traveling to Italy (for example). The room was nice and cool, the receptionist was friendly and spoke English very well. To get WiFi, you need a code that can only be used at one advice. It was no problem at all to get 3 codes for both of our phones and our laptop. The swimmingpool isn't big, but it's lovely to cool down and float around for a while. The playground for the kids was also really nice. There were swings, a slide, a zipline and a ping pong table, next to a field of grass were kids could run around or play soccer or so. You can find a McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, big supermarket (Carrefour) and some other shops and restaurants right next to the hotel.

Pool was dirty. Breakfast not worth the money! Scrambled eggs was 'snotty'. Every hour? we had to reconnect/login to internet. Bar drinks way to expensive: a 2nd hand bear that was tapped 10 min earlier for some else and a spritch was not worth 19 euro I had to pay on exit. Luckily 2nd attempt to buy a beer befor i knew the price: no one had time to serve

France was in the middle of an extreme heatwave and the air conditioning was so welcome. The on-site parking was excellent. We had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant and very good breakfast outside overlooking the grounds. The children’s park was lovely as was the small outdoor pool, perfect for families

Booking.com shows it as having satellite and cable tv, that is not the case, there were only French tv channels. The hotel website says there’s complimentary water in the room, also not the case.

Many French hotels targetting mainly transit passengers moving by car are often a bit run down, and looking at the booking.com rating, we did not have great expectations. Nonetheless, and while the outdoor areas were a bit "dusty", the overall facilities were quite OK, and the room was comfortable and quiet, with comfortable beds. The free parking is a bonus. The hotel has a relatively well equipped outdoor area for children, including a small zip-line for children. The man in the breakfast area was hard-working, friendly and helpful.

The overall feeling of the hotel remains a bit dusty. The woman who checked us in was not particularly friendly and a credit card guarantee had to be separately (from the general booking) had to be made on check-in. I asked what it was for as there is no mini-bar and was told something about penalties if one smokes in the room. We are not smokers but in any event, this was not a welcoming and hardly very useful measure.

It served us as a road hotel, a stopover on our way from Italy to northern France. Excellent location next to the highway. Modern, clean, comfortable. Very good breakfast. A wide adjacent garden, to the delight of our dog. A large shopping center is very close. Free parking in the hotel area.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. it was of mediocre quality and priced too high

Room was spacious and bed comfortable but pillows awful! Bar /outside area very nice and lots of entertainment for kids generally a very good stay

Bath was very short and lacked grab handles particularly important for older guests!! Not happy to pay 17 euros for breakfast as not big breakfast eaters so not worth that much would have liked small offer of some sort!! Food in restaurant not great had Italian antipasto to start virtually no meat all salad!! Main course ok but disappointing , on the plus side lovely cheerful waitress very helpful.

Excelent for one night stay. The beds were fine, the breakfast was good (I always eat french if possible), it's very close to the motorway, very close to a shopping mall with restaurants and a supermarket, has a chidren's playground, a simple but well kept garden, a swimming pool (that we did't try).

The carpets in the hallway and the room need a deep cleaning.
