The room was clean. The staff were friendly at the check in area. I used the hotel to sleep in each night and it's location was perfect! There are many restaurants nearby so you don't have to travel far.

There were guests who were loud in the parking lot talking on phones and using a lot of profanity. I had noisy, inconsiderate neighbors the last two nights and they didn't quiet down even when I called the front desk to ask them to notify them. I can understand that some people are loud, however, I could hear all their conversations through the adjoining door. Profanity was used in every sentence. I did have earplugs and pulled the sheets over my head but it didn't drown out their loud conversations.

Excellent facility It has a pool It almost has too much stuff for the price. The bed was excellent big from pillows very soft linens just the outstanding all around. Good size TV lots of channels. Very comfortable room nice bathroom and shower. There's a good number of places to eat within walking distance. And there's a nice breeze that rolls in. If you happen to be flying into the Torrance airport, (which is a regional airport) you might consider this hotel if you need a place to stay, because it's also within walking distance.

Not really anything I could think of that I didn't like. I was only staying there for one day. I imagine if I had been staying longer I could have made use of more of the amenities.

It was a good hotel for business, i guess everyone has a preference on bed comfort for me bed was not bad at all. They got a spa and nice size pool. AC worked very well and not so loud.

The room had construction defects like warping doors cracked ceilings. In my room atleast, the bathroom door is hollow core, so you can hear a pin drop. Shower tiles were cracking shower head didnt looked maintained, Parking spaces are super tight. Almost forgot i had to clean the TV due to what ever fluids were being flung around kinda concerning.

Very Clean and Safe. I brought my two daughters with me and the property is VERY WELL LIT UP! I felt safe. I got what I paid for. By that, I mean it is a place to sleep and go. Not a place to lounge around in. Which is what was meant for our trip. A stopping/resting place after a long day at the Beach. The next day we went to Del Amo Mall which was minutes away. Worked out perfectly!

Only issue we had was problems with the TV connection. We only stayed one night not a big deal. But that was the only problem.

The proximity to restaurants, the beach, and the environment. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap were all Dove brand. Quick, simple and easy to check-in and out. The small fridge had a place to keep frozen items. The rooms were almost sound proof.

The squeaky bed was a bit distracting. There was a guest with a dog that went on a barking fit but the room was far enough that it wasn't an issue, however, it could have been had I stayed in the room next to theirs. The telephone would randomly "ring" but not a deal breaker.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. I felt safe. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel and other restaurants within walking distance. They have food items (snacks and microwaveable foods for small quick meals) for purchase and coffee/tea and ice/lemon water near the front desk.

The price was higher than I am willing to pay for this level of hotel, but I needed accommodation and this was the best choice near to where I needed to visit.

Cleaness, refrigerator, microwave, and enough space to get walk around.

I would have liked to get the Wifi password to log in to our computer. I tried to call main # to receptionist but had problems. At the end we wear not able to get that information. It would have been nice to have breakfast on premises to be included with our hotel bill. I understand you have a small restaurant but as a senior you are limited on what you can do Thank You

The everyday housekeeping was excellent!

The next door family was too noisy, baby crying, loud talking,furniture moving around. Didn't get a decent sleep the remaining of my stay. Laundry is a hassle because people don't know how to get their laundry out once it's done.

Great location and accessible parking. Wonderful on-site restaurant.

Pet fee is buried on the website and partner-websites, it feels misleading to advertise as “Pet Friendly” while charging a per-pet fee, per night. Out of date website that is linked through the QR code on the back of guest rooms advertising free breakfast.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would gladly stay here again if given the chance.

It was far from where my uncle planned to visit, which is why we changed our stay. Otherwise, I would have stayed there for the entire 20 days.
