The size of the room was very comfortable. I like that it had a small fridge and table and chairs.

I understood there was parking available for the guests. However the parking was available for a fee and no enough space for all guests. So it was a first come, first serve only but because you pay for the full day, maybe there was space available but someone else booked in advance, therefore we could not use it. I found it misleading that the announce "parking space" . The room could have better lamps. There was some spaces that the light was not enough. The toilet's floor was slippery.

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago during my trip, and I was honestly so impressed! The bed was incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Plus, the location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay there again

The only thing I noticed was that the hand soap in the bathroom had run out. It’s a small detail, but it would be great if housekeeping could check that more regularly

Our room was a bit smelly (tobacco and pipes in the wc) It was overpriced (it was "semana grande")

The location of the hotel was excellent. A few minutes walk from the bus station and an excellent location to explore Santander. The staff on reception were really helpful. The door handle to the bathroom fell off, I took this down to reception and it was fixed whilst I was out. The breakfast was good value The shower was fantastic - lovely hot water and very powerful

I like to sit up in bed and read. This wasn't possible as the bed was on wheels and it rolled away from the headboard.

Location, comfortable. Good value for the price this time. Fine so long s you avoid breakfast, at least based on our experience

We paid for breakfast and wished we had not. Very poor value — it felt as though someone had started off putting out the buffet, then just given up. Slim pickings compared to the h to the 3 other hotel breakfasts we had on the trip.

The hotel is about 8min walk from the station/bus station on the ferry/port side, so easy to find. The room was a good size with a fair size bathroom. We stayed just one night and we were quite satisfied. The price was also good.

check-in was a bit of a laborious but I think this is more down to Spanish rules rather than the hotel itself.

Location is very good for buses and trains - close to the main city area. Staff were helpful and friendy - always willing to give advice. Paid extra for breakfast which was excellent with a wide selection of choices. We stayed twice at this Hotel - would recommend it.

If you think that you've got a parking,you don't! Unless you pay 15 € a day. It was advertise with parking facility tho. And the staff may be nice but when we checked in the person at the reception was not friendly at all. The room is clean,everything else was fine.

The reception staff,not friendly,not helpful

We found the hotel at the last minute, we were booked on the 14:00 sailing from Santander, with the hotel being 3 minutes from the port, it was perfect, can't understand how the hotel only has 2 stars, we all very much enjoyed stay.

The place was spotless, also had off road parking, the rooms were very clean the staff friendly, even had breakfast included in the price.

The bar was not open., it said when we booked there was a bar. We were not informed the bar was closed
