The room is very basic but was clean , tidy and ideal for what we needed Somewhere to get ready and sleep Slept comfortably, staff were friendly and helpful

The location isn’t the best or the best view but again we didn’t expect beautiful views etc no did we need them Was worried that with it being built up area it would be noisy but it wasn’t

This Hotel is under new Management, where all staff are efficient. Some major changes towards betterment of services and facilities are taking places. For us, most importantly, they are ready to help for any reasonable demand one has. They are also happy to provide extra facilities I found. To be honest, in several Oyo in these areas, we have adverse experience But this is the first time we felt that we are in a right Oyo Hotel. Was slightly worried after we read some reviews but had nothing to worry about! Rooms were spotless, kitchen and bathrooms are only shared by 2 rooms and again clean and efficient. All staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using this again !

The online reviews are really really off putting which made me extremely nervous but the new owners have gutted the place and the reviews don’t reflect this. Also cups and spoons would be nice to have in the room but not an issue with greggs breakfast up the street!

Staff were very helpful after a mistake made by myself on the booking, I booked a double room instead of a twin which they were able to accommodate. They also then let me upgrade to the whole apartment which made this a very pleasant comfortable stay. There is a supermarket a few mins walk away and a selection of fast food outlets a few mins away as well. The apartment had a cooker, fridge and microwave which was ideal with the supermarket only being a few mins away. Will be staying again as the value for money is exceptional.

Downstairs room was a very good size, clean and tidy. Kitchen and lounge area was nice. Room was cleaned most days. The manager was amazing, supported my friend with the persons disabilities and any other needs. Very accommodating, offered to help as and when she can. Always on hand to be contacted if my friend needed anything. Thank you for the great service.

The area of the property, which can't be helped. No Tv in the bedroom, the apartment lounge had a tv but it was difficult to sit with other residents at times to watch TV.

I had an amazing experience in Victoria, staying in a spacious apartment. One of the standout features was the large parking area, which made everything so convenient. Thank you, everyone—I highly recommend this place!

The staff are lovely polite n friendly, the rooms are very quiet no noise from other guests. Clean comfortable, there is also a laundry service available so guests can was and dry own clothes. It's fairly cheap £2 for a full washing machine load, n £2 for the tumble dryer.

There was no tea or coffee available in the room, however the rooms offer a kettle so you would need to provide your own tea n coffee. There's no option for meals to be provided such as breakfast or lunch. also you need to provide your own toiletries shampoo soap etc as there is none available.

Excellent value for money. Recently refurbished with new furniture.. Very welcome reception by Manager. Several good outlets on retail park close by. Easy to get to.

The neighbourhood is clearly impoverished and in process of regeneration. To the rear of the apartments is a Probation Office with several parking bays.

Polite staff, clean and felt comfortable. Was provided the wifi password, tea bags, coffee and sugar on request and didn’t mind sharing the apartment/bathroom with others.

The location is a bit of a downside, we felt comfortable in the apartment but as soon as we left the building it felt slightly unsafe
