Very good location to where we needed to be for the gig so not far to bring the equipment back to store it away very secure location and very close to shops right on the seafront with 3 fish and chip shops within a short walking distance

The front door can be a bit tricky to get out of I had to call my partner to come and rescue me because the door would not open

The room was modern and clean had everything I needed. Located right on the beach was amazing for my dog, the host was very helpful and responded super fast. Thank you for a great stay

The location was fantastic, straight across from the beach and next to all local amenities. The check in process was very simple and the building itself was very secure which made me feel very safe during my stay. The apartment itself was well facilitated, I had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was very efficient. Everything was clean and tidy. Value for money was also excellent.

I had a full length mirror on the bathroom door which was fantastic for doing my hair and make up in but unfortunately there were no sockets near it for the purpose of using my hairdryer and straighteners at.

Perfect location and size of the apartment. Spacious, modern, very clean and the property was secure with door codes. Its own private car park with barrier code was definitely a plus. All basic facilities at hand including kitchen area, TV, fridge, cooker etc.

There was no bedside table to place a drink or belongings. The only gripe we could really say is for a Deluxe Apartment we would of thought all toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo etc would be standard in the ensuite. For all reading this it could be an oversight and they really are very nice apartments which are quiet and secure given the excellent location.

The property itself was lovely, spacious and clean. Very quick to reply when i needed to contact them.

We booked the 2 penthouses and a deluxe room. The only problem we had was the noise from the drunk and violent neighbours across the street fighting each other until 8 in the morning. Obviously this has no reflect on the accommodation itself as it was lovely although the penthouses only seemed to have single glazed windows. I noticed in the deluxe the windows were better so i think had the penthouses had better windows we wouldn’t have heard as much noise not just from the neighbours but sea, passers by, cars etc.. But honestly that was the only downside everything else about the hotel was beautiful.

No mirror in the bathroom, the tv is all streaming and was constantly freezing when I tried to watch a film. The location is great but be aware you are surrounded by Redcar finest and 2 of the 3 nights at silly o clock in the morning they were out fighting. My biggest issue is as a business traveller I require a receipt and I have requested one 4 times now and everytime I get a message saying they still send one soon and I’m still to get one a month later, that’s very poor service.

The location, cleanliness, price, car parking, security and facilities (including heating!!) were great. The rooms have a modern decoration with a decent kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, microwave grill combi, lots of cutlery, plates, pans etc). Would say it's a studio apartment. We would stay again!!

The only things that we found difficult were (a) the locks on the individual apartment doors - our room was left open by the cleaners and we found the locks difficult to work at first. We then got it but did have a little panic in the mean time (b) shower pressure on the ground floor was quite low (but the water was really warm!) (c) booking.com incorrectly states there is toiletries but there isn't bathroom toiletries so please take your own. There are many nearby shops so it's not a problem to go out and purchase.

Good location, easy automated check-in. Property was spotlessly clean, warm, with a comfortable bed. It was newly decorated. The owners messaged on the first morning to check everything was alright. The apartments are just across the road from the promenade which was a great starting point for a lovely coastal walk to Saltburn.

The description on Booking.com is slightly misleading. We were in Apartment 8 which did not have all the facilities described on the Booking.com website. Although it had a double bed, it seemed more suitable for one person as there was only one chair and a bit of worktop to sit at to eat. One of us had to sit on the bed. There was no tea towel and only half a toilet roll. However, the owners did message on our first morning to check everything was ok. They brought across more loo rolls ( although still no tea towel). I think it would be wise to check which apartment you would be in with the owners before booking to check what the facilities would be in your actual apartment. .
