Very good location to where we needed to be for the gig so not far to bring the equipment back to store it away very secure location and very close to shops right on the seafront with 3 fish and chip shops within a short walking distance

The front door can be a bit tricky to get out of I had to call my partner to come and rescue me because the door would not open

The room was modern and clean had everything I needed. Located right on the beach was amazing for my dog, the host was very helpful and responded super fast. Thank you for a great stay

The property itself was lovely, spacious and clean. Very quick to reply when i needed to contact them.

We booked the 2 penthouses and a deluxe room. The only problem we had was the noise from the drunk and violent neighbours across the street fighting each other until 8 in the morning. Obviously this has no reflect on the accommodation itself as it was lovely although the penthouses only seemed to have single glazed windows. I noticed in the deluxe the windows were better so i think had the penthouses had better windows we wouldn’t have heard as much noise not just from the neighbours but sea, passers by, cars etc.. But honestly that was the only downside everything else about the hotel was beautiful.

The location is fantastic, on the sea front practically and 5 minutes (if that) from the town centre 😀

For a short stay I do t think there was anything I didn't like

The location, cleanliness, price, car parking, security and facilities (including heating!!) were great. The rooms have a modern decoration with a decent kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, microwave grill combi, lots of cutlery, plates, pans etc). Would say it's a studio apartment. We would stay again!!

The only things that we found difficult were (a) the locks on the individual apartment doors - our room was left open by the cleaners and we found the locks difficult to work at first. We then got it but did have a little panic in the mean time (b) shower pressure on the ground floor was quite low (but the water was really warm!) (c) booking.com incorrectly states there is toiletries but there isn't bathroom toiletries so please take your own. There are many nearby shops so it's not a problem to go out and purchase.

Good location, easy automated check-in. Property was spotlessly clean, warm, with a comfortable bed. It was newly decorated. The owners messaged on the first morning to check everything was alright. The apartments are just across the road from the promenade which was a great starting point for a lovely coastal walk to Saltburn.

The description on Booking.com is slightly misleading. We were in Apartment 8 which did not have all the facilities described on the Booking.com website. Although it had a double bed, it seemed more suitable for one person as there was only one chair and a bit of worktop to sit at to eat. One of us had to sit on the bed. There was no tea towel and only half a toilet roll. However, the owners did message on our first morning to check everything was ok. They brought across more loo rolls ( although still no tea towel). I think it would be wise to check which apartment you would be in with the owners before booking to check what the facilities would be in your actual apartment. .

The location was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed

The shower base didn’t feel very secure as it was spongy underfoot. There wasn’t a plug socket near a mirror for drying my hair. I paid for a sea view room however, as I was on the ground floor the view was obscured by the discretion panel at the base of the window meaning that you need to be taller than 5’ 8” to see the sea. I paid for a late checkout but was woken up with a start by housekeeping at 10am asking for my pillowcases. I explained about booking a late checkout but couldn’t get back to sleep.

Facilities were good. Good parking. Soft towels. Pillows were nice. Plenty of plug sockets. Spacious room. Shower and toilet were comfortable. Room was very clean.

The door didn't fully close when we were exiting the room. It got caught on the felt lining in the door frame. It was easy to push shut from the inside and there were security codes on two doors to enter the building so i felt secure despite this issue- it looks like a quick fix like an external door handle to pull the door shut or a fiddle with the door frame should sort it. It didn't look to be an issue with any other doors.

Very central , easy to go where I wanted. Very clean, heating on for me when I got in the room.nice Touch.very Quiet Tea coffee milk was waiting for me to.

Bathroom mirror wall was a tad pitted could have been Delt with quick sand paper then a lick of paint. Tv.well couldn’t get a local station itv then when it came on eventually the picture went off and it was just back ground talking .. other channels had to be paid for with a sign in your personal details So I declined overall lovely room I’d stay again most definitely. P.s windows needed cleaned for the sea view
