The room was spotless and likes the fan and ironing board which was an added bonus. The check in was seamless easy

The parking well the fact we couldn’t park and had to go to the long stay. The check in at 1630 was ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend for that reason. A personal opinion the room was large it could have been better with a bigger bed and the option for more pillows

“Spacious and comfortable with great parking” The size of the property was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the parking was convenient and reliable.

“Minor issue for working professionals” This is more than likely a personal preference, but I found it a bit inconvenient that there was no dedicated table or workspace in the living area. While there is a table and chairs in the kitchen, it’s not ideal for working—especially after cooking (this is when I carried out my work), when the space can still smell of food. Also, the lack of a backsplash behind the hob had me a bit concerned about splashing or damaging the wall while cooking, due to the angle.

Very good location to where we needed to be for the gig so not far to bring the equipment back to store it away very secure location and very close to shops right on the seafront with 3 fish and chip shops within a short walking distance

The front door can be a bit tricky to get out of I had to call my partner to come and rescue me because the door would not open

Easy instructions to gain access via codes. Large airy room. Kitchen facilities good. Shower efficient. Heating worked well. Quiet despite ground floor on road side.

Bed could have been positioned so a bed side table on both sides of bed. Surprisingly inconvenient not to have this and up against wall so nowhere to put water glass or phone etc next to you. The TV was a bit complicated to use. Seemed to have only five freeview channels set up - all news and one Scotland. The channel list function only listed these five. Did eventually work out how to use catch up apps to get live TV - maybe my age (67) but found it very frustrating. Given that the standard check out time of 10am was very early for hotels - often 12 and almost always 11, then having to pay £20 to stay on until midday felt very expensive and bad value relative to the cost of the room

Room was spotlessly clean, well decorated & there was everything you needed to self cater if you want to but plenty of takeaways & cafes close to hotel. Bed was comfortable, good hot shower. Location is excellent, right on seafront & 2 minutes walk to shops & cafes. The building looks nice from the outside & was quiet inside & in a nice quiet area. Although we saw no staff the instructions supplied to access building & room were really good & we were contacted via email to ensure we got in alright & everything was OK.

The car park is small & says can take 8 cars but 6 cars filled it & we only managed to get a space on the last evening. Although there is restricted free parking on the street right outside hotel. Not a big deal but our room had no view as overlooking car park & had privacy covering over the window so we couldn't see anything.

Incredible value for money. Communication was stellar (aside from when feedback was given, more below) and the room had everything you could possibly want or need; the basics for the kitchenette, a tower fan, clean linen - I was impressed by what was provided. The property clearly had been recently renovated and well looked after - modern and the space well designed. The bed was comfy and the property was quiet. Secure parking at the rear with a barrier which I wasn’t able to get on the first night (first come first served, which is fair), but the second I did. Location was perfect - close to what little shops are in the vicinity and a stone’s throw from the seafront.

The room didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel / ilk. It literally had everything else but not the basics: I’ve stayed in a fair amount of hotels for business and for pleasure and I can’t remember the last time they weren’t included. I was asked for feedback on the stay during the stay and I did ask if this was an oversight - I was never responded to (which is odd given their stellar communication up until this point). I had to therefore buy my own - no biggie but again, when the basics aren’t included (and yet literally everything else is), it’s noticeable.

Great accommodation, everything we needed and lovely to have free on site parking. Good secure codes to access the perimeter, building and our room, everything nice and clean, tastefully decorated, great shower (with really hot water and pressure) lovely sea view, can't fault in any way 🙂 Some great little restaurants and cafés about giving much better than expected quality and service, nothing to do here but relax x 🙂

The town itself is a working, industrial area, quite run down and empty of things to do. If you can look past that and enjoy a seaside break for the fraction of the cost of the more popular east coast locations then you'll have a great time regardless.

This was a good stay at a nice apartment. I wouldnt class it as deluxe as have stayed in far nicer ones for the same price. However there was nothing bad about it....In regard to other peoples feedback Id like to provide accurate information: 1 parking....if you go a bit earlier there are lots of spaces....so go early, park up, and go for a walk around or something to eat. 2. Fridge...there were comments about the freezerbox not opening...just remove the plastic tray on the fridge door and no problems. 3. Pillows....they only provide 1 pillow each so just take an extra one. 4. TV...this is a smart TV with no terrestrial channels. 5. Noise...people complained about noise but we didnt experience any and the windows are patterned and double glazed. 6. Toaster....people complaining that the toaster is close to the fire detector, so just move it and dont burn your toast and it will be fine.

The wifi signal wasnt very strong which caused glitches and tv froze completely on one occasion. The power indicator on the TV comes on intermittently, which can be annoying so turn it off at the wall. The outside gate has a magnetic lock but this doesnt work and the gate was banging due to the wind....didnt bother us but must have been annoying for others.

We were happy with the location, the room had a view of the sea, comfy bed although I thought the bed would be bigger. Room was very clean, so good to have a small kitchen area. We were able to have our 2 dogs and taking them for a beach walk was just a short stroll away. Parking in a private car park made things easy. We enjoyed our overnight stay and feel this hotel is likely one of the best options in Redcar. Well priced and the charge for the dogs was sensible. Surprisingly quiet.

The bed was comfy but it was described as extra large double but it wasn't a super king. Perhaps a booking.com error?

A rather modern building steps from the beach and the Redcar Beacon. Very close to the main street with shops and bars. The hotel offers a free parking in the back. Although its capacity is only several cars, I was lucky to grab one spot for my car.

I needed the hotel on the 23-rd, but when we arrived there, we couldn't get in: the front door was locked and I didn't have a code. Later I learned that by mistake (whose - mine? Hotel's? of Booking.com?) the booking was made for a wrong date, five days later. That explained why we didn't get instructions and entry code. When I called the property, they said they don't have a room for me. But I did manage to book one room for that same day - via Booking.com. I don't necessarily blame the hotel for the mess, as it isn't clear whose fault was incorrect booking I had. We did get a room there, but not a 'sea view' (as I initially ordered), but 'parking view' room instead.
