GOLF , POOL and the Infinity Blue restaurant was stunning. The staff at the Infinity Blue Bar and Restaurant are phenomenal and made our stay worth it in the end. Food was GOOD. The staff in the little boutique shop were friendly and helpful!

Main Restaurant and the Indian Restaurant are delipidated and not up to standard. Staff are arrogant and unhelpful. Reception staff are most unhelpful and so extremely nonchalant!

Everything was amazing, the architecture of the hotel, the room, the SPA, the entertainments, the activities, the beach, .... We will come back but the next time we will probably not dine at the Indian or the Italian restaurants, they were good but not as good as the other ones. We hughly recommend the hotel and it's all inclusive.

The whole atmosphere was relaxing and friendly, helped by a team of wonderful stagg who couldn't do enough. We couldn't find fault in anything. The food was great with plenty of choices of a la carte and buffet. The beach and pool were clean and well served with plenty of sum beds, etc. The spa was lovely and relaxing, and the golf course was stunning. The room was large with a sofa, balcony, minibar, 2 washbasins, bath, and great shower. There was a walk-in wardrobe for clothes with plenty of hangers. On departure day, being able to book a 30-minute slot in a well served changing room was a nice touch, as was still being able to access the food and refreshments included in our booking. We will return.

It was winter, so on a couple of days, there was some rain, but there was plenty to do to avoid it, and every room had an umbrella provided!

Our holiday at the hotel was wonderful. Very good food, nice people, all the time they made sure that we didn't lack anything. Wiktor with the service a wonderful man. There are several restaurants in the hotel, so everyone will choose something for themselves. Beautiful golf course, great kids club. General manager great person, very friendly to guests, very helpful. It's a pity that the holidays pass so quickly.

The location, beach, pool, rooms are great. Kids enjoyed the family pool, kids club. A la carte restaurants -need to book in advance- are nice. Some of the staff are kind (reception, chauffeur, housekeeping). The glass boat tour is nice

The lunch in the buffet restaurant is very limited, same pizza hamburger pasta every day, dinner is a bit better. The staff here is not very great, bored and slow. We got drinks after a long time. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins in the morning, forgot to bring the drinks. The feee massage is nice, my husband enjoyed his but my masseuse was tired and bored, not kind at all. Altogether we liked it, if the waiters, bar and restaurant staff would be kinder and the restaurant crew is more hospitable, we would return but the service is not 5 (or at least 4) star this time.

The friendly staff created an amazing atmosphere for my husband and I. They could not have done more for us. From the cleaners, to the bartenders (Hansley Zanzibar especially), to the activity coordinators (Steeve Cassy was exceptional), everyone catered to our differed preferences. We were never by the pool empty handed thanks to the amazingly attentive waiters. We relaxed by the pool, swam with dolphins, played golf in one of the most stunning locations we’ve both ever seen, played table tennis & tennis, tried our hand at archery & ate and drank lots and lots. The rooms were impeccable- especially our sea view room. The bed was so comfortable & the shower was a treat. Thank you all for showing us the beauty of Mauritius! Definitely take time to explore the resort to its fullest on your first day learning about the spa packages, restaurants and activities available to you.

This is the kind of place that is out of your dreams. From the moment you step foot in the hotel until the moment you’ll leave you feel pampered, welcomed, as part of the family. The service is impeccable: almost all employees take complete responsibility to make your stay the best one yet. Food’s great, kids club fantastic, room beautiful, beach gorgeous, the heated family pool amazing. We’ll try to come back as soon as possible!

Lack of towel racks in the room. If you’re looking for a massive all inclusive resort, go somewhere else, this one feels small, homely and has not much great party entertainment.

We really liked the variety of food that was available at the buffet and in the restaurants around the resort. The view was incredible and the spa facilities were amazing!

The organisation of booking, reserving and going to different restaurants across the resorts was not great and we were told many different things about what needed to be done and not enough about how to do it. We were also advised there was an ice cream bar included but no one could tell us where it was , we then found a kiosk at the other resort and we were only told at the end of our stay when checking out that we had been charged for it! Service around bringing drinks around the pool was very very slow and we would often have to wait over half an hour for our drinks.

The place is well kept with a beautiful beach. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Foods was fantastic with a good variety

The service was outstanding.

One of the restaurants (Beach Club) didnt meet my expectations. Service was not great (especially compared to all other venues) and neither was the food. The other thinbg was the water and other activities. I was expecting full day access to water sports (snorkeling, paddle boarding etc) but it was very restrictive- very specified time every day. Same for yoga and other activities.
