Martin (I hope I got his name right) welcomed us and was amazing! He gave us fantastic recommendations and very friendly. He is a huge asset to the business. The room was perfectly clean and the maids would clean our room even after we left later in the day. They must have checked the floor again. Really great service. The pool was lovely.

I went down to the bar to ask if someone could help me open a bottle of wine. The woman at the bar rolled her eyes and was clearly laboured by my simple question. I found that a little rude. The aircon in our room was a little faulty and made us quite sick. On the last night it didn’t really work. It’s also partially hanging off the wall.

Really good welcome from Martin. Very helpful about practicalities of going in to Mahon as well as travelling to Ciutadella. Very understanding about jet lag. Had travelled from Canada via London (UK) all in one day so was very tired on arrival. Enjoyed swim in rooftop pool, then excellent dinner. Menu was in Catalan so I did not understand it but very friendly server sat down with me and showed me pictures on phone! Good breakfast. WiFi worked well and without fuss. Easy to leave baggage when I explored Mahon before travelling to Ciutadella

The breakfast wasn’t available room only The night manager was outstanding generally interested in you day/evening I cannot remember his name possibly Martin also, Cathie cleaning staff both staff member should be applauded I was a little disappointed that the fridge didn’t keep my water cold, I mentioned this when I returned from our day out they had changed our fridge very thoughtful Towels soft In a word our experience was a 10 Amazing

No tea/coffee a kettle in room would be a good idea We purchased a kettle as we enjoy a drink early morning I understand the implication of H&S but, this would make it a little more personal Television all Spanish

This is an excellent value for money, modern simple no-frills hotel, no breakfast or other services, except for a small pool on the roof and toiletries in the room. There is though a pleasant café opposite and a petrol station with shop. It is situated away from touristy locations and a short drive to Mahon and a 15-minute walk to Cala Fonts. It is very newly and attractively re-furbished and very clean and modern with air-conditioning. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and the room was very quiet. There is no specific hotel parking but there is unrestricted parking outside and in the roads adjacent. You are required to do your own online check-in. Door codes are provided ahead of your visit by email. Technically the reception is not manned, however there were staff around who responded very quickly to emails and were very pleasant and eager to help.

We stayed at the hotel 3 times (8 nights in total) during our 2 weeks in Menorca (we needed to work from home between our hikes) and were very happy with the place and the staff. The rooms were super clean, and when we needed something, the ladies made it happen (we needed to store luggage a few times, receive a package and when connection of the wifi was not ok, we could change the room to get a better one and then they called a technician to fix things). The bus stop to get to Mao is 1 minute from the hotel (which takes 5-10 minutes to get to Mao) and there's a grocery shop and a Cafe right in front of it.

House keeping Staff Marta was very smile & helpful to my wife, also Diana tried to do her best while we where having to check in as we where having some issues these is a very clean hotel & i mean it. I been managing in manyHotels all my life worlwide & thess was just one of my fav. Thank you Sonvilar we will defenetly be back, have a great season.

Only 1 thing that i didn't liked is people at night smoking beside the main entrance of the hotel that shouldn't be allowed that's a notice for the owner that he was very friendly too 😀

The structure has very good quality, new and clean. Nice and short walk to Mahon harbor and city centre.

We arrived at 23h20, i've informed in advance that flight was delayed, no one replied. Arrived at the hotel we were not able to get in, door closed and no one to welcome us. We had to call saying we were there, then we received a message with code and were able to get in. Apparently someone should have sent us a message with a code and forgot it :( Nothing open at the surroundings, in case you arrive late without car, you are stuck in there.

The location between Mao and es Castell is ideal only a short walk to either. For just3 nights worked a treat for us.

A kettle in the room would have been great

Easy to check in and out online, they were always available on whatsapp, only 20 min walking distance to the center of Mahon and Es Castell.

I don’t have a lot of negative feedback. I feel that it was good value for the money. The only thing I would like to comment on is that the codes for the rooms were way too easy. You should change them now and then and make them harder to figure out.

The accommodation is great, very new and clean. The staff is very kind, they helped me with all the questions I had and spent quite a lot of time to giving me recommendations about where to go and how! Thank you!

A bit far from the city center but I knew it at the time of booking. Also access code to rooms was not hard to figure out. Used the safe provided for my valuables.
