The host was very obliging; she provided decaf tea and an excellent fruit salad for us, even though they weren't on the menu. Breakfast was outstanding. The B and B is in a good position for walking down to the sea and along the shore to Cromer. Bed was comfortable and the Wifi worked well.
Room was nice and big but perhaps a little on the cool side, though we'd wrapped up warmly as it was February, and there was an extra heater in the wardrobe which we did use once. Outside the B and B, Overstrand was incredibly dark at night and we would recommend bringing a torch if you are going to the local hotels to eat (our favourite was the Sea Marge).

The b&b was so quiet. I could hear a pin drop! The bed was so comfortable, and it was a kingsize. My favourite feature of the room was the cushion on the bay window to make it into a seat. It was snowing while we here and I sat there with a cup of tea just watching the snow fall, it was bliss. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, we had a full english and it wasn't greasy in the slightest. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients (sausages are to die for).
The only small, and I mean really small thing was the actual entrance into the b&b from the main road is really small and can be difficult to turn into. But thats being really picky.

Lovely period house in beautiful gardens which has been upgraded so you have all the amenities you need (good shower, bathroom and WiFi). The room was comfortable, we slept well and it had some beautiful period features and touches. Lovely breakfast too. You are in the pretty village of Overstrand about 2-3 miles from Cromer. You can walk to a beach and a pub and restaurant in the village. You could also walk to Cromer along the coastal path.
Nothing honestly. I believe there is a bus service along the coast but a car is preferable for this location.

Very nice breakfast, good choices, and well presented. Breakfast is taken in a very pleasant environment. The bedroom is styled in accordance with the building itself, with a good sized bathroom attached.
The entrance to the property is very narrow and has to be approached from the wrong side of the road. A big car might find it difficult. Similarly the exit is blind until you’re partly on the road. The staircase is a steep one which might present a problem to somebody with a mobility issue.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by our host Denise who is absolutely charming and showed us up to our room. The room was warm, welcoming, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean - and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and was laid out ready when morning came. The food itself was perfect, lovely meat and eggs, yoghurt and toast, everything was just as you'd have wanted it to be and very tasty. The whole experience was delightful and we couldn't have been happier with our, all too short, short stay.
I cannot think of anything which could have been improved upon.

Mill House is a beautiful old property in a brilliant location: right on the coast path, a short walk from the beach, 40 minutes strolling along the pebble beach takes you to characterful Cromer. Denise gave us a warm friendly welcome and was a star throughout (even washing pigeon doo doo off my car!!). The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast FANTASTIC! We had a lovely few days away here with friends,
Old windows stuck a bit - buy hey, no plastic, just rustic.

We preordered exactly what we would like and at what time for breakfast. The food was delicious and promptly served. The table was set with a linen cloth and thoughtful sustainable glass serving jars of everything we could need. Very much appreciated. The bedroom was spacious and stylishly decorated to suit its period features. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were like silk - we slept brilliantly. The en suite was also spacious and the shower hot and powerful. It also turned out that Mill House played an interesting role in the literary history of the village. It’s a beautiful place.
Nothing.

Really friendly host welcomed us on our arrival. Room was spacious, airy, very clean and so very homely and comfortable! Lots of nice little thoughtful touches throughout, like the tea/coffee facilities (with ground coffee and fresh milk) and cute window seat overlooking the garden. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for an early morning jog down to the beach! Really enjoyed our stay, was just what we needed.
Everything was great!

The care and attention taken to preserving the original features of the house is remarkable. Our stay was peaceful. We liked the bed which was large and extremely comfortable. The house was warm. There was a lounge to sit in if required. Private parking was available. The bedroom had 2 sets of USB sockets and the hospitality tray was well stocked and had a proper teapot and nice mugs etc. The breakfast menu offered variety and what we had was delicious. The property is very close to a good dining venue.
Two things, rather narrow gateways to enter and steep stairs.

Quiet location. Not many rooms so not over run. Service was simple and quick. Very close to Cromer. Quiet road. Very good breakfast and quality butchers meat sausages! Excellent service. Filter coffee provided and not just nescafe instant. Grounds are beautiful and listed period building.
Wanted a large double ideally. My partner is very tall!! Couldn’t open the window. Very tight entrance in and out with car but managed as the road is quiet.
