The front desk service was awesome. Very polite, patient, And gave off positive energy which is important. When you are looking for a hotel, I think it's important to feel safe from the start. It helps to relax a traveler like myself.

I've said this all the time at these hotels. I understand why they do it but you're check in at 3:00 p.m. And your checkout at 12 :00 forces you to buy two days even though you may leave early. I've always been against that. You should be able to enjoy a full day for what you pay for. Check-ins should be at 9:00 a.m. in the morning until 10am the next day.

The hotel staff made our stay extremely comfortable & went out of their way to make sure we were able to stay in the same room for 3 reservations. Our 1st night we were extremely worn out & they made check in quick & easy. The bar staff was very nice & answered all of our questions right away. There were several weddings going on that weekend. The staff was more than attentive to everyone's needs.

The one thing we were looking forward to for our teenage son was the arcade. It is not up to par & is very small. A larger arcade would have been much more appealing. While we were there we noticed that a dirty sock was in front of the front entrance the entire time. The smoking section was NEVER cleaned or even checked on. It was raining during our stay & there is no canopy over the smoking section for your guests which I noticed some people were standing out in front of the front entrance smoking because the smoking section was deplorable. The outside needs to be just as important as the inside.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. I loved that staff came to the outside pool to get us drinks - that was an added bonus I was not expecting. The outside pool was absolutely amazing and refreshing.

1. There was red stain on the carpet by the one bed and what looked like blood in the lamp shade. 2. There was a gross brown stain in the bathtub 3. In order to change the input on the TV, I had to dial the phone number to the hotel (as the front desk button did not work), and they sent maintenance up. This occurred 3 times over the weekend which was annoying for us and I am sure is a ridiculous task to have maintenance do. There should be an input button on the television or remotes in every room that has an input button. If you are worried about theft, you can add that into the contract of the hotel stay or connect it to the wall by a cord so that it is less likely to be removed from the room.

I like the convenience of the hotel and how there were many places to eat within distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I understand that it was a weekend and there were A LOT of people and other events happening BUT while riding the elevators there were lots of children unattended riding up and down the elevators banging and screaming like I’ve never heard of before in a hotel and I’ve stayed at MANY! The key cards also kept deactivating themselves and me and my family along with several other guests had to continually go downstairs to the front desk to keep getting them reprogrammed which was very inconvenient.

check in was smoother than expected, had a security deposit because i booked with a third party site but everything went well. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and worked for all the sight seeing and visiting family we were doing in the area! The pool was fun and kind of tied the whole trip together

There was one man who was cleaning the pool that was very rude. It was to open at 10. It was about 10;10. I kept knocking on the window because it should have been. I kept knocking. I'm sure he was mad because of it. But all he had to do when first start knocking, come and tell me they were not finish.

I loved the lounge/sports bar. Very nice atmosphere. Laid back not crazy, just how i like it. Bartenders and staff where amazing!

The breakfast starting timetable was a little earlier then I'd like. I missed breakfast twice. It would be if we could have breakfast until 11am.

We rented 2 rooms. Location to Sesame Place was perfect for our family. Front desk staff were nice at check in and check out. The rooms were clean. The shower was hot. It was quiet. The size of the rooms were great and bathroom was roomy too.

The beds were a little small and weren't the most comfortable. One room didn't have bedside plugs to charge our phones but the other room did and we made it work.

The young lady that checked us in was very friendly our bathroom had some things wrong and she switched us fast she apologized even though we knew it was not her fault, we enjoyed the breakfast my wife loves the pool

Everything was good

The location was great. The staff was very approachable and friendly to talk to and helped in any way possible.

The one thing I did not like about the property was that the microwave wasn’t in the room which is a small but very noticeable inconvenience.
