We had an amazing stay at Agoda Beach Villa, Goa and would definitely come back again. The location is just perfect—less than 50 meters from a beautiful, clean beach that’s not at all overcrowded. It really gives you that peaceful, relaxing vibe you hope for in a beach holiday. The property itself is well-maintained with a small garden and lovely surroundings. We stayed in a beach-facing room and the view was absolutely stunning—you can see and hear the waves right from your balcony. There’s a nice sitting area to relax and enjoy the breeze, which we loved. The rooms were very clean and neatly arranged, and the bathroom was surprisingly big and spacious. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. The owners were warm and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Compared to other places we checked out, this villa really stood out for its view, cleanliness, and the quiet, serene environment. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a great view and beach access, this is the place to be.

It was very quiet at this property and on this section of the beach which is at the north end. The outdoor washroom was fun and we had a lot of privacy. The set back provides some separation from the beach yet you front directly onto the sand. The staff was very efficient and our concierge, Amar, was particularly helpful. We had a romantic dinner on our porch, arranged by him, on our first night and it was a great success.

The water was not very hot in the shower but the pressure was good. There were also a number of general power failures in the area during the time we were there but the villa has a generator to fill in.

We loved our stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond our expectations. The villa itself is perfect, the view from the bed is unreal. The food was great. We met the owner and he was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, we were treated with a complimentary breakfast which made us feel special. This was the best way to spend our Christmas and we highly reccomend. I honestly think if you come to Goa and don’t stay here you’re mugging yourself off.

The hot water didn’t always work.

We had the most incredible stay at Agonda Beach Villa. At the quiet end of the beach, the location was perfect for us. Jivan, Amar and Shubhangi were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. They were around 24/7 so we felt very safe and in great hands. Jivan even helped us past a very moody cow with big horns - way beyond his job criteria. Even though there is no on site restaurant, you could order food and drink easily to the rooms. Plus there is plenty of great restaurants surrounding the property. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and kept very clean… AC and fans super strong too. We loved that there were just 3 rooms on the property, was very quiet and tranquil. Plus having sunbeds was a real bonus. Couldn’t recommend it more… we will be back for sure!

The location was superb. Could not have been any better. The facilities were excellent. the room included a fridge and bottles of water were brought to us each day. The room was cleaned daily and we were asked if we needed anything, every day. The staff could not do enough for us and always had a smile. I will recommend this villa to everyone.

Our second stay, this time for 7nts, and these are definitely the best beach bungalows on Agonda beach. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The air conditioning is very good and much needed. The property is very clean & well maintained by Amar & his 2 assistants. Amar is such a lovely guy and always there to help with sorting taxis, excursions, breakfasts etc.

Probably the most relaxing holiday ever. Definitely the nicest most chilled beach in Goa and probably the nicest accommodation on the beach as well(from what we saw) The most helpful and friendly staff you could hope to meet. Amar, Deeban and Subi were lovely. Excuse my spelling guys! Big comfy bed, amazing bathroom and huge verandah. Loved it!

Leaving to go back to freezing scotland

We really enjoyed our stay here. You get to have an amazing sea view and are only steps away from the ocean! The room itself was very lovely, big and super clean. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, from picking us up from the airport to arranging breakfast etc for us. Naveen was especially nice and quickly organised a scooter for us when we asked. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and amazing stay at Agonda beach!

Outstanding location at the quieter end of the long, wide beach. We had the front villa, but the other two villas are not setback very far so views are still pretty good. The boys worked extremely hard ensuring we had a comfortable stay, although we didn’t want for much. Big rooms, nice balconies, and lovely, big bathrooms with good showers. Stayed for 5 nights, but could have easily stayed for ten.

Amazing Two Days!! We had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. Beautiful location, beautiful beach, wonderful people. Amar will take care of all your needs and make you feel very comfortable. The beach was clean with very less people. They also prepared a beautiful candlelight dinner decor on the beach for our anniversary celebration. The sunsets were magical and you’ll never want to leave.
