The staff were very friendly and professional, there were a lot of activities going on, the pools were lovely especially the swim up bar. The location was fantastic with the hotel being right on the beach. There were a lot of little touches that make the difference between a hotel and a good hotel such as frozen towels when the temperature got a bit high, little cakes handed out around the pool etc. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

The breakfast, although quite good was the same everyday, perhaps something different each day might change it up a bit.

Very very clean, spacious, quiet rooms, designed very well with great lighting, wifi and nice closed spacious bathrooms. Nice touch in changing towels and leaving a bottle of water in the afternoon. Nice swimming pools and great sunbeds. Really good location (5 min from the port that has few good places to eat; right on the beautiful and well organized beach). Some elements felt like 5* hotel. Breakfast was great, staff at breakfast time was super nice. Food at the restaurant was delicious and waiters were kind and friendly. Milo and Beti from the pool area were fantastic. There was even a small but decent gym . If someone is into walking/ cycling/ spa it's also a good place. Definitely exceeded my expectations in many areas(perhaps thanks to taking room with a sea view and selection club but still it is a great place overall) and it was the best choice in the whole alcudia beach/port/playa de muro area. Drinks at the swimming pool bar could be a touch better(maybe smaller and a bit better quality) but overall the staff was always very nice and professional and doing their best and it's lovely to have a pool bar and have a drink in the pool or get your drink delivered to your sunbed .

Property was in a amazing location lots to do there lots of restaurants. The pool at the hotel was really nice hot and cold pool, with plenty of sun beds. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was lovely. Room was large and spacious with a large shower with toiletries supplied. Bedroom was really clean. Nice comfy bed. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasty food. Safe in room and wardrobe space. Ate at the restaurant one night seemed to have a good variety of tasty food. Loads of places in the town tho . They recommended lots of local restaurants and things to do. They offered excursions and bike hire. Right on the beach front so you can walk right out from the hotel. Definitely recommend and will stay again

Cleaning staff- one morning they woke us up by letting themselves into the room at 8am whilst we were still in bed asleep- not impressed. Another morning 8.30am they were outside the rooms talking very loudly and laughing even though we had the do not disturb sign up along with several other rooms on that floor.

The location is excellent and the food is of a very high quality, the staff are good and the cleaning service is very good. A special word to Ramon the yoga instructor who is really good and gives a lovely session in the sun

I’m not keen on themed food nights but you can always get something you like if for example you are not a fan of Asian food. I also am not keen on the garden rooms or ones without a view. We had a garden room but the mosquitoes were bad so we have to stay out of the garden.

Outstanding location: beachfront with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious rooms . Hotel staff are very nice and attentive.

We like everything. Just a suggestion- not a negative comment. Would be a big plus to have a small coffee machine in the room to enjoy a cup of coffee in the afternoon without leaving the room .

Great location on the beach, near shopping and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast! Relaxing, upscale hotel. We highly recommend!

Since we went with a group of couples, although everyone paid the same price some rooms had better views than others. Yet, all rooms are very nice.

The beach and ocean by the hotel are great! The pool area was big enough and even in July had no issues finding chairs mid morning. We had the half board included and the food was always really good. They had a huge breakfast selection with a little of everything and there was a different theme each night for dinner so you didn't see the same thing each night (Italian, Asian, etc). The staff was helpful with a recommendation on a hike. We also set up the private transfer through the hotel ahead of time which was great.

The location is amazing especially for the Ironman 70.3. And the outdoor jacuzzi is my husband’s favourite thing - great for post race recovery. The staff were all wonderful: the reception team, the bar staff, the cleaners… all so helpful, friendly and professional.

The room and peacefulness of being in an adults only resort. The sun chair in the pool and the daybeds were great. Also loved looking out to the beach and listening to the live music from our balcony at night.

the room was nice but the extra level on top ended up being disappointing as the spa was very average. It didn't heat up nd it stopped every couple of minutes. So in the end we didn't use it and it ended up being a very expensive room for something we didn't use.

The entire structure of the hotel is wonderful, the staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The activities available at the hotel are also very interesting. My stay was lovely, I only have praise.
