I recently stayed at Metsovo Studios and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—situated in a peaceful area, yet only a short walk away from the vibrant heart of Laganas and its beautiful beach. The housekeeping was excellent, with the rooms always spotless and well-maintained. One of the best features was the kitchenette, which was fully equipped and allowed us to prepare our own meals, adding a lot of convenience to our stay. Another major advantage was the private parking, which made it so easy for us to explore the island without worrying about finding a spot for our rental car. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience made this accommodation a perfect choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zante!

The owner of the establishment was very nice and always helpful and there when we needed him or when we had questions. The beach was really 600 meters away and the clubs 5 min away so that was really great !

It was a little bit noisy sometimes in the evening.

Can’t give anything else than a 10! We had a wonderful time in Laganas and Nectarios did everything that he could to help when something was needed. The complex is super close to the vibrant part of town and the beach. There is a cleaning service every day, and every 3 days the towels are replaced which is super nice! I personally like that the owners like to keep the place quiet and don’t allow inviting guests. There is enough bars open till late to meet with your friends and after a night out you can relax in peace and quiet in your apartment. The airconditioning worked well and so did the shower. The balconies are big and equipped with a dryer for your wet clothes after a day at the beach. For people with cars - they have their private parking which is a big plus. Totally recommended!

The kitchen equipment could be better, I wouldn’t say you can really cook there. We didn’t mind because we ate mostly in the restaurants. Enough to make a breakfast or a salad but that’s it. A hair dryer would be nice as well! Secondly, one of the cleaning ladies didn’t speak English and seemed frustrated with us when we couldn’t communicate regarding weather or not we want her to clean, as we bumped into her while leaving the apartment. I would not say it’s a big deal but could be off putting for some guests so maybe worth mentioning.

Good locality, close to the beach and also close to main street with bars and shops.

It was all excellent! Nectarius is so kind and prepared. He sent us typical restaurant links and provided to book our boat tours. Also, he hold our luggages when it was our last day so that we could have enjoyed our staying till the last minute. He makes sure that everything is ok and he responded quickly to our messages. We’ll come again here for sure! Thank you!

Large room with 2 big beds, good air conditioning and a lovely balcony. The position is close to the main street of Laganas and to the beach. The owner was available and very helpful for everything we asked. He suggested us very good locations to visit and restaurants to try.

4 beautiful days at Metsovo Studios. Only good things to say, we recommend this Host for your vacation at Zacintos. The owner is a wonderful person, he does the best for his guests and is very kind person. 5 big stars for him *****

An accommodation far beyond my expectations. Quiet in the building, daily cleaning, linen and towels changed every 3 days. The owner of the accommodation is a remarkable man and thanks to his recommendations I had an extraordinary vacation.

Landlord Nec is absolutely amazing host and very friendly. Studio was cleaned and made tidy everyday. Great location. Not noisy at all. 2 min from beach. He recommended us really good places to eat authentic Greek food and places to see.

I cannot recommend this property enough. We visited in June for 4 nights and we rate our stay 10/10. On arrival, Nectarios greeted us warmly and showed us around our room. The room was kitted out with kitchen utensils, a fridge/freezer, electric hob and all the essentials. The location is excellent, a short walk to the beach and 2 mins from the strip. However, there is no loud noises at night. The room was cleaned to a very high standard daily - we were particularly surprised that our dishes were washed for us which we thought was a lovely touch. The cleaning ladies were also lovely. Nectarios as a host was exceptional. He was very responsive to messages throughout our stay, recommending great places to eat/drink and suggesting which boat tours were best etc. He even let us borrow some snorkels!! I really do think the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend for couples, friends, or small families.
