Honestly my stay was exceptional. I’ve stayed here twice so far and I’ve always received the best treatment from the staff. The breakfast is exceptional but the polite staff was my highlight, all the way from the gate to the kitchen. Definitely coming back here. The rooms are super clean and loaded with amenities.

The WiFi in rooms 1-25 might need to be looked at urgently. The bandwidth is extremely low and the TVs cannot pick up the WiFi signal. The signal is not the best for someone travelling for work or wanting to get away for an online read or catch up on some documentary.

The breakfast was very nice. We wish the dinning area can be cleaned every day, because we had our breakfast from the same table of our choice for two days, and there were two dead flies by the window just next to us. We saw them the first morning on Saturday, and even the following morning on Sunday.

The smell when we enter the room. We think it comes from the carpet and the curtains. We wish something can be put there to make the room smell nice.

Everything except the road is going straight to the hotel My car broke down. I had to ask your staff to transport me and they left my car at the garage. You can improve the road there is too much mud, especially if it's raining, yoooo.😭😭 My car.

The views and the room size were satisfactory. The staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The area is secluded, tranquility at its best.

The bedding is outdated and the open view channels are limiting. The Netflix gave us a problem. The pool balls were not complete so we had to make new rules just to play.

Breakfast was great. Supper was very good and the life entertainment was very good. Food was more than enough and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The car parking under the shade netting is a bit uneven as is the road to the parking and it is washed away. It was not an issue for my car as I went slow, but a smoother road will definitively add value. It would be really nice to have a central spot where hot water for tea and coffee can be collected in a flask for coffee and tea during load shedding and light during these times in the room will be a plus.

We liked the place its very quite

I didn't like the gravel part when we enter inside even when you go out. My car is very small. Was struggling to drive because the road was wet. Please if you could fix that for us i would come back for the second time with my husband. And where we park at the top its bad,fix that as well have shelters and fix the road please 🙏

Surprising find. Value for money. Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Clean. If I'm ever in Bergville and need a place to stay for the night, I'll definitely consider this hotel again. If I had more time I would've explored the farm, there seems to be a fair amount to do.

Nothing really. All was perfect and idyllic. Didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant so I can't comment on the food.

Breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen staff were absolutely kind and made takeaways for us as we had left early in the morning for the marathon. That made our drive back home a bit more enjoyable as the breakfast delicious.

The road is not good and in the entrance there is some water . Something need to be done about it..I would really appreciate if they can put more attention on the road to the rooms. .
