We stayed here while visiting the Dolomites this year in July. The location is superb, just on the main road and surrounded by mountains. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony and we had unobstructed views all around. The hotel has all facilities like an elevator, outside and underground parking for cars .The breakfast was sumptuous with many options for sweet or savoury. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and beds were comfortable. Katya was very informative regarding everything that we asked her and offered us good suggestions. The hotel does not have dinner or lunch options, but there is an option for complementary evening snacks like soup, pasta, breads, fruits. There is also a bar available. There are restaurants available at walking distance from the hotel where we had dinner. Overall it was a wonderful stay for us.

Nothing. All was perfect 😊

We loved our week stay here!! It felt like a home away from home with the friendliness of the staff and their recommendations for different activities and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a beautiful mountain view from our room. The location was great, offering a walking path all through town. The breakfast was fantastic, including eggs, meat, homemade pastries, yogurt, and all of the fixings. They also offer delicious home cooked dinners, at an additional cost, Monday -Thursday nights. The Wi-fi was very reliable throughout the entirety of our stay. They provide storage for our skis and boots, including a nice boot warmer! We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave! The whole staff was very welcoming and ensured we had a perfect stay! If we ever find ourselves back in Italy, we will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing stay. Hotel is owned and operated by a very friendly and loving family since the 1930's. It shows in their attention and elegance in every single detail. They make you feel like you are being welcomed into their home. Fantastic breakfast! There is parking in premises and even under cover in the basement if necessary (e.g. if you have a motorcycle). The location is outstanding: Amazing views!; 10 min walk to the center of San Vito di Cadore; bike path runs behind the hotel. The bathroom is newly renovated. Our room had the old style high ceiling, it was large, very clean and comfortable. We felt sad to leave great host family, staff, and location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Historic inn with incredible views from room to start and finish each day. Room was relatively small and simple - perfect for our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Balcony facing stunning mountain peaks. Generous breakfast with home baked goods. Afternoon reception had strudel, soup and other homemade foods. Staff was gracious and attentive. Location to hiking trails and shops in Cortina was convenient.

Arrived at beginning of summer season and landscaping and exterior presentation caused us some concern on first impression but were very happy once we got inside and met hosts, saw view, enjoyed good food and proximity to trails.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Albergo Dolomiti in San Vito di Cadore. The hotel is clean, cozy, and located in a charming little town that’s conveniently close to Tre Cime and other Dolomite highlights. The breakfast was very good, and we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary “snack time” from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Calling it a “snack” might be an understatement—it felt more like a satisfying light meal with soup, pizza, fruits, and more (though we’re not sure if this is always the case). Drinks during snack time were extra, but this was clearly communicated in advance, so there were no surprises. A special thanks to Katia, the manager and owner, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond—not only providing excellent local tips and alternative routes when roads were closed, but also offering support when we encountered a phishing issue with Booking.com. Her willingness to assist us even beyond the stay was truly reassuring and appreciated. Overall, we’re extremely impressed by the service and hospitality at this hotel. Katia’s personal touch made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Good location, next to the main road. My room had mountain view, which was great, do not hear any noise from the road. Spacious garage with several parking lots. Few parking lots outside, just next to the hotel building. Breakfast was very good, diverse offer. Staff was very polite and helpful. Cleaning was perfect. Rooms are spacious enough, with a balcony and great mountain view. San Vito is great choice for those who prefer walking and riding a bike. There is a long bike trail passing next to the hotel. Ski buss station is just in front of the hotel, taking you to the Cortina ski center and back. This is not a modern hotel, interior is more vintage, with many tiny details made in wood.

If you need some shopping, closest store is ~10min of walk. Walls are not thick, you can hear voices and talk from next room or corridor. Beds are bit softer than I like.

Everything was wonderful, nothing to complain about, the staff always attentive to the needs of the customers, they helped us with information about routes and means of access (bus timetable) The location of the accommodation is amazing, a picturesque village with, wooden houses, just 14 minutes away from Cortin a d'Arezzo An incredible service which the staff offered but wasn't mentioned in the offer is a free snack between 16:00 and 18:00( is more than a snack,is a dinner with a lot of very good food)

Excellent location. Approximately 15-20 minutes drive to the ski slopes in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The hotel has private parking. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The quality of Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was included. It was tasty and had a decent variety of food to choose from. You also have the option to eat the dinner at their restaurant. We chose to do so a few times and the food was always very good. Alternatively there are a couple of nice restaurants close by, in the center of San Vito di Cadore. The hosts were very nice, always smiling and ready to help with information about the area. We had to check out early (5 am) and they prepared a small breakfast for us from the evening to have it before leaving, although regular breakfast time was during 7:30-10:00. The price was decent for accommodation in the Cortina d'Ampezzo area during the full ski season, so, in conclusion, the hotel offers good value for the money.

The hotel is run by the owners, who were concerned at all times that our stay was very comfortable... they made us feel at home! The location of the hotel is very convenient for touring the valley and the facilities are perfect. The room was very spacious for my wife and my one-year-old son. The breakfast was incredible, with local hams and cheeses, as well as a variety of typical cakes and strudels; and fresh fruit. If I were to return to the Dolomites, I would definitely come back here!

First of all - staff. Very pleasant, very kind. As I went during peak period (mid august), kindness in hotels wasn’t granted. So I really felt warmth of the place when getting in this one. Location of the place, quietness of the room. This place preserves proximity to the center of the village (7-10 min by foot) and at the same time peacefulness . Cortina is also very close by car or by bus. Breakfast - fantastic breakfast! The best that I ate during these holidays. Lots of variety, but most importantly- very tasty.
