So close to Baxter arena. Booked for this purpose and it was a very good choice! Staff was exceptional when it came to service, and the room layout was interesting, but functional. Would book again!

The bathroom was very strange. I liked the fact that the toilet had its separate room, but the pocket door was far from soundproof 😂. The shower and sink were separated from the room by a shower curtain. Make sure you are a family or close friends!

Love the style of Aloft. Whenever I get a chance to stay at one, I take advantage of it. The staff I interacted with was fantastic. From check in to check out. I wish I had her name, but she was very cheerful and happy.

If I had to choose one thing I would say, a hot tub is needed. The indoor pool is underwhelming.

It's in a great location! Our room had a nice view, a comfy bed, and a huge shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We weren't too fond of the L-shaped sofa and table. That sofa was not very comfortable. We could not sit there and watch TV for very long before we had to go sit on the bed. I did not like that there was not a mirror over the counter where the sink is. Really inconvenient when it comes to doing your hair and makeup.

My spouse was the person that stayed at the facility. He stated that it was very clean and convenient to several local attractions, etc. In addition, the room was very comfortable.

One of the staff members was very rude. When I called to get a full understanding of the issue that my spouse experienced, she blew me off.

My family and friends who stayed there were SO IMPRESSED with everything..From the Check-in process to the friendly Staff to the beautiful rooms! Such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Aloft to EVERYONE who is traveling...or just looking for a weekend getaway! Well done! I am a fan for life! Thank you!!! 🤗

We liked that everything was neat and well kept. The view was okay but I especially like that a Coffee place was right next door.

The bathroom shower floor was VERY slippery and my fiancé almost took a pretty bad fall. Think it could be the soap, and/or the shower floor being to smooth and not having good traction.

For a couple, the lofts were great setups! The rooms were clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable! I also liked the bar area, outdoor seating area, and game area.

For family, the bathroom area is a little too open. I wasnt impressed with the pool and definitely need a hottub for a romantic getaway. I wish they offered a breakfast with the stay.

No mirror above sink….?? Floor for Shower in handicap room 508 does not tilt to drain. Water goes everywhere on bathroom floor. Extremely hazardous for anyone with handicap. Need another trash can by coffee machine.

Good location to get to cancer center. Liked the sitting areas I the room. Like the bed heights...could have been lower. At least I didn't need a ladder to vet into bed!

Bathroom door too hard to pull shut. Mattress difficult to turn over on.

Brand new clean and updated facility. The rooms are basic but have modern decorations and all the amenities you would need for a stay. The lobby lounge is comfortable and the outdoor patio area is very nice.

When we checked in we were told there were no king rooms available, which we had booked. The front desk employee asked if we wanted a queen room at the same rate. She finally said she would “move things around” and found us a king room. The water in the bathroom sink and shower is over-softened. it is extremely slimy feeling and made the shower extra slick.
