The staff was so wonderful. They we professional and smiles we seen on lots of faces. Unfortunately I didn't get any names but when my mom and I first checked in the lady and the gentleman at the counter were so friendly and welcoming. They were there when we checked out. They asked us about our trip and why we were there, where we were from... It was an over all good experience. As someone who is in customer service I get how exhausting it can be to have the same conversations a dozen times but it was so nice to be on the other side and receive such friendly service.

I didn't like that our trip was only one night and we didn't get to use the amenities.

The location

Had a two night stay booked. Had to come in a day earlier because of weather and just wanted to add one more day to the already booked two days for a total of 3 nights. They ended up charging me for 5 nights. Took an hour explaining to the employee and him talking to the manager and they finally figured it out after an hour. They kept telling me I had to go back to bookings to fix it, when it was them who messed it all up.

Robert checked is in and was wonderful. He is very personable and friendly. He was also helping when we checked out. He assisted with the breakfast and slso msnned the desk. He is good for the business.

The hot tube was not available.

I thought the staff was nice. I liked that they had a wine , beer and snack section free and open for 2 hours.

the facilities. My daughter found a stain on her comforter. Would have been nice if there were extra bedding in the room. I couldn’t iron my clothes due to the outside of the iron was burned. I couldn’t use it.

location is great. Right off the interstate. there’s a Walmart along with multiple fast food place & gas stations. hotel is pretty clean and nice.

the fact that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am. we were there celebrating with friends and got in very late. we planned on sleeping in and that ruined it. also we went to check out and no staff was at the front desk. so after ringing the doorbell and waiting at least 5 min, we left.

the front desk staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. This was our 2nd time staying here and the check in process is quick and the staff is so friendly yet professional. very clean and well maintained hotel. conveniently located. Rooms are quiet so you don’t hear people in the hallway.

the price. we paid double what we paid previously

Quiet location, and efficient, pleasant staff. I loved the breakfast area seats and the food choices were great.

That the pool closed at 11 and wasnt open longer for adults or 21 and over to swim longer
