The staff was super helpful. My travel plans were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating, holding my room while I sorted out my travel arrangements. They then helped me check in well after check-in time and ensured I could get to my room without any complications. The rooms were plain, but comfortable, secure, and quiet, exactly what I needed to get some rest before continuing on my journey.

There wasn't much of a view from my window (it was underneath a balcony across from another building in the alley), but I wasn't planning on staying in the room except to sleep, for which it was great bc it was very dark and cool.

The decor of the main lobby and restaurant was a modern nod to the original art nouveau style of the interior. The beds were extremely comfortable, a good size and air conditioned. The price is reasonable and the location central. Dog-friendly too

Whilst the main areas of the hotel looked like they were decorated by a 1920's flapper girl with slightly opulent taste, the room looked like it was decorated by my grandma in the 90's. The comfort of the bed meant this did not matter one bit- we have stayed in much more expensive places and rarely could we say the same (my partner is a picky sleeper). The breakfast was just ok, but we would stay here again regardless as the things to dislike were reflected in the price.

The location is marvelous as it is in the heart of the city. It is not a large hotel and it has a nice informal but still very professional style. And the breakfast is extra ordinary with 'peronalised' food, including the parma ham and cheese. The room and bathroom are not luxerous, but very clean and comfortable anyway. And the bed was excellent!

Tea/coffee equipment at the room would have been nice. Wifi should be better, now sometimes good, some not available. Coffee/tea corner not really in use. List with recommended restaurants would have been helpful.

Check in was carnage - there were 15 of us checking in and a very old and slow computer operated by a very short sighted man who did have his glasses on but he was almost disappearing into the computer screen. Very slow check in process. Breakfast - coffee machine was a disaster and none of the croissants were labelled so I had to waste a few that had some weird substance that may have been peanut butter inside when all I wanted was a plain croissant.

Absolutely delightful boutique hotel. Breakfast was definitely good value if you have a choice and it makes for any easy start to your day. An easy walking distance to must see sights, bars, restaurants, markets (pleasantly surprised how close, given the price). Parking was easy, drop off bags at the hotel and then park your car. Hotel staff were very helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. No hesitation in referring future travelers to this hotel. Photos are often taken years earlier so you expect accommodation to be a little rough around the edges, not Hotel Button, it was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Safe travels.

Location is excellent. Decor is kooky but charming. There is a bar but we never knew when it opened Rooms were a really good size and beds were comfortable

A group of us arrived together, approximately 8 rooms but check in took an eternity due to computers misbehaving. We were the last to check in and it took almost an hour. The person at check in was totally overwhelmed and on his own yet there were three people at reception when we went to check out. Shower temperature never got hotter than warm. My adapter wouldn't fit in the sockets in the bedroom so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom

Everything was great! Breakfast was a lovely surprise, so much variety for Italian standards! The staff is so kind and polite, they stored our bags before the check-in and after the check-out, allowing us to fully enjoy our time in Parma. They also helped us get a trustworthy cab that took us to our early tour at St. Pier Damiani cheese factory (an absolute must if you are in Parma). The room was large and so was the bathroom. It's centrally located so you can walk everywhere in Parma. I really recommend it!

Reception staff could not have been more helpful, especially when I needed to arrange a late check-in and was then delayed further. Special thank you to Vojsava who could not have been more helpful. Excellent location. Great for people travelling on their own. Very clean, and a really great breakfast with options for people with food allegies/intolerances

The only thing that could have been better was the WiFi which was a bit on the slower side, but overall, not terrible.

This is the third time we have stayed at Hotel Button. It is in a fantastic location particularly if you are seeing a concert at the Opera House. It is centrally located and has easy access from the train station. There is also a car park about 10 mins walk to the hotel. There are a number of good restuarants and bars nearby. The rooms are a nice size and the shower is roomy. The breakfast has an excellent choice of foods that should suit all tastes.

The only thing I didn't like was paying city tax at the end of my trip. I preferred to pay it with the cost of the room. I know it's not about the hotel, but still, it was something that I didn't like. it would be better if we had a small fridge in the room
