The staff were amazing. I wish I remembered their names!! Both the woman who checked us in and was there during the night and the man in the morning. Super friendly and helpful 😁

Unfortunately, the pool was a little small… there was another large family in the pool at the same time and through no fault of the hotel, the other family did not make being at the pool an enjoyable experience 😩 they were throwing towels into the pool and wasting them so that when it was time to get out, there were no towels available as well as other misbehaviors. Also, the bacon for breakfast was terrible (I know, not a big deal for most people)… but I’ve never had bacon that bad. It was like flavorless brittle paper. I’m assuming it was some kind of microwave bacon 🤔

My room was very cold the first two nights that I was in the hotel, and I made this known to management who attempted to fix the heater, but it never increased the heat, and it was just freezing in the room, so I had to get very upset and angry to the point where I had to threatened to leave the hotel on the third day that I was there, and go to a different hotel. Management talk to me and apologize they changed my room and credited my account for the two nights I was there

I didn’t like that management didn’t take action right away when I asked them about switching my room due to the temperature being too cold. I shouldn’t have had to wait two nights to get a new room and then threatened to leave before somebody paid attention to my need.

I liked everything about this overnight stay. It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds with super soft sheets and employees were very nice. It took us 2-3 minutes to get to the airport car rental return. Very easy access.

We stayed one night because our flight was very early the next day. We still had our rental car and I was unaware that there was an extra $10 for parking overnight. I know it’s only $10 but we would have considered taking our rental back early and just shuttled to the airport the next morning. Booking.com didn’t have this information.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff. These suites with kitchens are our new go-to and better and more affordable than most Airbnbs.

1. Should have plain yogurt option at breakfast- people don’t like so much sugary food anymore. 2. Helpful by the airport, but this same model would be great in more attractive areas, too, to compete with Airbnb and Vrbo. The model of your hotel is exactly right though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. They had different choices then most hotels that serves Breakfast. Which i loved. The ambiance was great. I love that they had a space outdoor with a fire pit. The also had family games for the lobby.

Our bathroom door would not shut. Luckily we were all family in the room, so it was a big deal.

The staff was very nice. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet considering it is very close to the airport. The included breakfast was adequate and pretty typical. I would definitely stay again when I am in Milwaukee.

For the price I am happy overall with my visit. Maybe a bit more room between the breakfast set up and the two longer tables set up in front of it.

The location was perfect for us, so close to the airport, and a gas station so nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean facility and rooms. The breakfast was so nice, with breakfast sandwiches, cheese omelette, regular and Belgian waffles, blueberries and chocolate chips to go with, yum! Enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace.

Everything was good!

The room was amazing and very clean. The fact that it faced the airport was amazing we got to watch planes lands and take off. The workout room was very nice as well was able to get a daily workout in

The bed was easy to soft for our taste. We should have said something but we didn't. The breakfast wasn't good, the sandwiches were dry, I understand it was suppose to be healthier with turkey sausage, whole grain waffles, but people like hotel brekfasts that are bad for you. It use to be really good, then they changed it.

Staff was amazing and engaging. Facility was super clean. Rooms were nice and clean. Love having the kitchen and full fridge. They also made our dog feel comfortable. Also, very close to two super nice parks with mile long walking trails. One has awesome Lake MI view along 3/4 of the trail. Was great for us and the doggies!

The $75 pet rate seemed a little high, but I guess I understand it as some pets may soil up the place and require extra cleanup.

The room size and the cleanliness was Great, the breakfast was great.

The one thing that didn’t make sense was paying an extra fee to park in a big lot. The other hotels in the area don’t charge their guests this fee and the hotel cost should cover this fee. You can just get the car’s license plate number only to make sure those your guests only!!
