Room size is good, very clean room and has everything needed for a short stay. Perfect location very close to the beach and the main shopping/bar and restaurant area all within a short walk. The hotel bar/restaurant is opposite the accommodation and so very convenient if you don't feel like going out. Air conditioning works really well, big tv and Netflix is available to sign into. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Noise from other rooms opening and closing doors and from the carpark. There was no key for the front security door, so it could only be locked manually from inside the room, meaning when you went out, the security door was unlocked. There were minor bits of rubbish left in one of the cupboards, but not a big deal as the room felt very clean.

The room was large and clean with two king size beds and some cooking facilities (microwave/kettle and toaster). The bathroom was modern and clean. Although the balcony overlooked the car park. The door/window and curtain kept out any noises that occurred out there and a full car park late at night was empty the next day without us hearing anything. The hotel is only a short distance to the beach, other facilities and shopping in the town. The onsite restaurant gave large and tasty meals, with both of us remarking on the quality. On one occasion a staff member at the meal counter went overboard in providing a service that I did not expect would happen, so thanks for that, unfortunately I did not get her name. So, we recommend this hotel to everybody.
Nothing.

Great location, less than a 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was really nice and felt newly renovated. Water pressure was really good in the shower. Beds were comfortable, TV worked well. Room was quiet, didn't hear anything from next door or above. Airconditioning worked really well. Only stayed one night and had dinner/drinks/dessert at the pub, the food was really good so we were glad we chose that option!
The window in the bathroom - bit of an odd one as we had the feeling that you could see in and after testing it with my partner, yes you could see in to the bathroom day or night if you're walking past. So it didn't feel like we had privacy using the shower or toilet. I'm wondering if this is only affecting the specific room we stayed in, not seeing this come up in other reviews so who knows. There was also no working exhaust fan.

Room was spacious with two queen size beds which were incredibly luxurious. The kitchenette had good microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and enough dishes etc. Bathroom (walk in shower) well appointed, water pressure great. All areas of the accommodation were clean. Central to town and pier. Despite a hotel being on the premises the accommodation was sited such that no noise could be heard. Hotel/restaurant had great food. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The stairs to our allocated accommodation posed a challenge because of the need to carry suitcases.

A very well thought out room and could have stayed for a week.. Good microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and enough dishes etc.. Two large comfortable queen size beds and a fully redone up to date bathroom.. the heater worked well and I'd guess it was also an air-conditioner. There were two entries to the room one on each side so the cross ventilation in the warmer months would have been nice.. A table and two chairs were at each entry to enjoy a wine or coffee outside..
Upon checking in there was not much information given as to having to book for dinners on a weekend as guests apparently were not given any extra consideration during busy weekends.. Perhaps guests should know and just book in person sometime during the day. ? Not a lot of information personally told about traveling to Margaret River so asked the cleaning staff on the morning we were leaving. In that part of the world we did not find many green signs giving directions to getting to main roads with directions to tourist sites or further south like Margaret River within the towns. Confusing!!

Location was excellent right in front of the jetty with plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were lovely and big. The bathroom was newly renovated and spacious. We had a big veranda. The room was spotless.
Unfortunately we were situated next door to a staff room where the heater/boiler was and this made a very loud whooshing sound twice an hour all night. I think a headboard would have been nice instead of the wall so I could sit up and read. Upon checking out, we were never asked how our stay was. It's the little things that mean a lot.

Location is awesome. Facilities modern, tidy & clean. Love the two big beds.
We’ve stayed several times & parking is an issue. This trip went to Dunsborough early for dinner & returned just after 7pm to no parks anywhere (including the main restaurant carpark as it was Saturday night so the restaurant was busy). It’s annoying there’s no allocated parking per room. Spent over an hour securing the car for the night so it kind of ruined our relaxing evening.

Great location. Family owned. Spacious room and fairly quiet at night even though lots of people around and our room near driveway entrance. Would stay here again
Free to air tv often went off and the internet slow. When we got there on a sunday the shower was leaking. Reception guy gave us two towels to help muffle noise until plumber came on the monday he did offer to move us but we did not want to carry bags upstairs

Exceptional location just minutes walk to the Jetty and town with parking right outside. Huge room with two double beds - decent fridge, kettle and toaster so a good spot for a few days. Nice balcony with sea breeze. Good tv with streaming options to log into. Fab shower also. The lady on duty at check in was super helpful - we'd been allocated a ground floor room but had hoped for a balcony. She was able to shuffle a few things about to accommodate us.
The door stop behind the door in the bathroom is in a silly spot as it is right in front of the toilet so perfect to stub a toe on.

We travelled for the Open Water Nationals and it was super close to the jetty and its attractions. Close to the town centre as well. Good value for money.
Our room was a little outdated but still comfortable. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, sometimes had to park far away from the stairs leading to our room which wasn't ideal at night. Overall, not a big deal though.
