We were there with a group of 5 people (3 families from Germany and Russia) and a cat. Amazing staff: very informative and helpful receptionists (All of them, we saw 3 different), reception works 24/7, there are board games and good ambience. Also we want to highlight very good kitchen worker Anastasia (from Ukraine). She is very friendly and helpful, we hope she would receive a bonus for a such good work. Near the location there is a good restaurant. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent, good variety of food. No bedbugs, no roaches. Clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Just a few considerations to this hotel: 1. Add lactose free milk. 2. Upper shelves in wardrobe in a rook were dusty. But as I mentioned before except these shelves everything is clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I must highlight their exceptional hospitality and safety standards. A special thank you goes to Eliza, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and kindness. I had mistakenly left my money in the safe when checking out and heading to the airport. After calling the reception, Eliza immediately took action, coordinated everything, and personally ensured the money was delivered to me at the airport. This thoughtful gesture gave me 100% confidence in the integrity and dedication of the staff. It is a strong reminder that the quality of the staff is the most important factor when choosing a place to stay. Kudos to the management for assembling such a fantastic team, especially Eliza and Alina, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay worry-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and hospitable environment. Congratulations to the entire team for setting such high standards!

Very comfortable beds and very friendly personnel. The ambience of the Hotel was very relaxing and it had a uniquely 50's / 60's vibe to it. The breakfast was extensive and nice. Lots of choice. Also the free parking at the hotel was great because it is pretty expensive to park in the Prague City Center. We left the car at the hotel and went to the city center by train. The train station is only 10 minutes walking from the hotel and the train itself is in 10 minutes in the Prague City Center. I am very pleased with this hotel and I would definitely recommend.

Nothing really, the only recommendation I would have is maybe to have an Airconditioning unit in the future, however the fan that was in the hotelroom did the job pretty well for me but maybe for some people it could be noisy.

Very polite employees, always ready to help. Excellent breakfast, several possibilities to eat, from cerials and greek joghurt with fruits to eggs and pastry, salami, cheese, etc. few choices of cakes and fruits too. Free bike rental, gated parking, hotel has an elevator. City card for discounted entries to amusments, and most important clean and tidy beds. We got even bigger room than booked, so it was super comfy!

The only negative thing was that cakes and fruits at breakfast stand were without cover, so some guests approached by and touched them and left or coughed on them..

The building is a bit dated but very well maintained. The free parking—just a 4-minute walk away—is a real luxury in Prague. The staff deserves an 11 out of 10: everyone was very kind and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent!

Nothing major, I just mention the somewhat old-fashioned room: creaky floors and a lack of modern electrical outlets. The room temperature was oddly warm. Fortunately, the weather was cool that week, and by keeping the window open I slept well. Luckily, I'm not someone who's bothered by light or noise!

Excellent little hotel with surprisingly easy access to the centre of Prague. Very good breakfast, though could have been varied more. Extremely comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Free parking. Welcome drink. Great value.

The only odd thing was the lack of a shower curtain, making it difficult to take a shower without flooding the floor. The safe deposit boxes could also use a replacement. There wasn’t a/c, just a fan, but this wasn’t a problem as it was not very hot weather.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff is absolutely professional and also nice and friendly. This has a great impact on the overall experience. The breakfast is in a nice light area overlooking the theatre. There was no air conditioning in my room, which may or may not be a negative, anyway in the summer months with the window open you have to take into consideration the noise of the city. The location is perfect, you are a few stops from the metro, in the center of Prague you are in 20min. The location itself is also great for entertainment - there is a modern gym and plenty of pubs and cafes.

I like this part of the city, so I was really satisfy. There's noise from outside, but you're in the city, so don't be surprised. You can keep your window close and use the fan. That's my only complaint - if you don't have air conditioning, equip the room with a good quality fan. Mine was a bit old and not very powerful.

The breakfast was very good with number of selections. The location was also fine, close to Tram station, where you can take 2/3 different trams to old town (duration circa 20 min). Room & bathroom were very clean. Parking was. free and located close by, very convenient. All staff was very welcoming , and also special thanks to Damir who was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Sound isolation not so good, sounds from other rooms can be heard easily( to be fair all other guests were also very silent but sometimes even you could hear people speaking). And if your room faces the street, the garbage collection/the mechanical sounds from the market across the street can be a bit annoying in the morning.

This place had THE best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had, and I’ve been traveling internationally several times a year for over a decade. The buffet was insane— everything you could want or imagine. Everything from fried eggs to sausages to crepes, different kinds of cheese, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal and grits, a dozen different cakes, quiches, cappuccinos, juices, different kinds of yogurt, fruit, etc. Like a hundred different things, all fresh and delicious. These people are NOT playing around with their breakfast! The room is also large, and so is the bathroom. They do also have a parking lot— it’s a little walk (maybe 3-5 mins) from the hotel), but it’s gated and secure. We didn’t mind the walk. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience.

- The staff was super nice and attentive, they even upgraded the room which was a lovely surprise (special thanks to Daria!) - The room was beautifully designed, had this classic yet modern feel, very spacious and quiet. We loved it! - The location is outside the city center but in a quiet and cute neighborhood close to the river. - We liked complimentary wine and the final touch of receiving home-made Halloween cookies, so cute! If you're looking for a quiet and charming hotel outside the hustle and bustle - this one is for you.
