Very clean rooms and bathroom, it's very hard to find a very clean western style bathroom in indonesia with great showers and this one exceeded my expectations. The staff were very lovely and accommodating to our requests. Much more quiet compared to other accomodations in labuan bajo as it's a bit further from the center. It's also quite near to the airport, almost 10 mins walk.

No lifts, we had to climb 6 flights of stairs to reach our room. Fortunately the staff are very proactive to carry up our bags. It's a 10 minute walk to the center from the hotel.

Beautiful big room, great air-conditioning, lovely staff who are friendly and helpful... really great place and close to the airport.

There were a few places very close by playing very loud music and karaoke (done badly, haha) all afternoon, evening and night. We were on the top floor and even with earplugs it was still too loud. Not a huge negative, but no lift. We were on the 10th floor and the porters were amazingly helpful and quick to run your stuff up and down if needed. The hotel isn't cental, so about 20 minutes walk to any of the good food places. Not a huge down side, but worth noting if have limited time and want to explore.

The hotel is very new and nice. Nice staffs and breakfast. Location can be controversial because it's only 10 minutes walk from the airport but 25 minutes walk with him to the town center (fish market and other restaurants). However it's an excellent place for ur stay in labuan bajo if u're going on the cruise / trip the next day coz the tour pick u up at hotel around 6:30 - not too early, still can have breakfast buffet

Be aware that they dont have elevator

We had an incredible stay at the Parlezo Hotel! The Staff and Service was absolutely incredible. Our beds were made daily and our room kept to an incredibly tidy standard. The room was, in all regards, perfect. The rooms were designed in a smart, crisp and very neat way that exceeded the quality of any other hotel we've stayed at in Indonesia. The laundry and food services were incredibly swift an efficient (Which was very much appreciated). You got the sense that the staff working there took genuine pride in giving you the best experience possible. In terms of location it was very good, a little out of town but Labuan Bajo isn't a particularly big town so getting around was still incredibly easy and you could get a bit of a break from the busyness of the town centre. It was also less than 500m away from the Airport terminal so we could simply walk from the airport to the hotel without having to deal with over-priced airport taxi's. Lots of Love from Australia 🇦🇺

Our only negative commentary was that it was a little expensive, but it is a brand new hotel on a less visited Island so I guess it's understandable. However, I am perfectly happy to pay a little extra for this hotel if that money is what maintains the level of quality service we experienced in our stay.

The rooms and facilities were very nice and the staff are very helpful. Very spacious and well decorated Hotel with rather fancy facilities for this kind of hotel. It's in a very quiet area and a 10 minute walk to most anything. Despite problems encountered we'd probably stay there again.

However there's no elevator installed so if you're on the 7th or 8th floor you've got a big problem as we did. We did get the staff to change us from the 6th floor to the third after one night. They never answered requests sent via booking.com, nor trying to reach them by phone. And they did not pick us up at the airport as promised. There were a few other funky things by Western standards but nothing of consequence.

The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The food is good. Room service is great. Staff is super helpful and kind. Their tours, even though a bit more expensive when looking directly with travel agents, are super nice. I had a great time and they took care of everything.

There is no elevator, I was aware of this by reading the comments and is not a big deal as the staff helps get luggage’s up and down the stairs. The one thing I didn’t like was one specific staff member tried to charged me more for the transfer than I previously paid when arriving. This was a bit off but apart from that, everyone was exceptional

The hotel is new and very clean! My bedroom is so comfortable that I really felt like home! The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in after 3 weeks in Indonesia! The restaurant food is very tasty (I had the best fried duck). The staff is very helpful, all day trips arranged with them and went wonderfully! It’s perfectly located between airport and downtown.

There’s no lift, which can be challenging for some people. But we got the indication that it will be installed next year.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is new and clean and spacious. The interior was nicely decorated. Our son loved the bed.

(Alcoholic) drink options in the restaurant were limited to one kind of beer. Quite some menu options were unavailable. Staff was very kind, but not so observant. Food took a long time to arrive. Restaurant was quite expensive. Seems the hotel mostly caters for buffets. And please; the flickering Chinese LED disco light should go :-)

Room, bed, bathroom brand new. Very comfortable, modern and well furnishedand decorated. Water pressure and shower amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and a varied buffet as well as made to order eggs. Dinner was a delicious pizza after eating Indonesian for three weeks was a pleasant surprise. Value for money, extremely close to airport. We could have walked however in the heat a rp50,000 provided by hotel was much appreciated. Great new place.

Nothing

Very clean, spacious bathroom, huge shower, comfy beds. You can basically walk from/to the airport. One of the staff members carried our bag to the 9th floor.

Our room was in the 9th floor and there's no elevator...also the room was hot when we checked in, no one thought about putting in the AC a bit before. The staff was not very attentive - mostly occupied on their mobile phones when we asked about things.
