The hotel is stunning and the location is right in the center of the town. The junior suite was very large and nicely decorated. The entire staff was extremely professional, polite and very friendly. They gave us great restaurant and site seeing recommendations. They actually seemed to enjoy their job and the guests! We had the pleasure to meet the owner and she was very nice and gave us the history of the building, family owned for over 200 years, and of the island. We highly recommend Sindic Hotel.

There was not one thing that I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The location within Mahón was excellent for shopping as well as sight seeing. Also the hotel is exceptionally clean and well run. The staff were all very friendly and helpful so I would highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay holiday. The beautiful Son Bou beach is only a 20 min ride from the hotel by taxi or car.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed for 6 nights and it was truly wonderful. The rooftop pool was never busy and was warm on the day the temperature was good, there was a storm which brought the overall pool temperature down the following days. There is an honesty system for beers and drinks up there which is great, you just tell reception at the end of your stay what you had. Lovely rooms, I would not have liked to stay on the ground floor as you're only just above the breakfast and reception area so it may have been noisy. Ours on 3rd floor was not. It was a special occasion and the team decorated with balloons, petals and a note for us which was lovely :)

We stayed when it was very expensive, however that is seasonal as we went in peak season so it's hard to say if it was good value for money the rest of the year

A very warm welcome at Sindic, we arrived early but the room was not ready , I left my phone number and went for a drink at the bar opposite, there soon followed a phone call and was shown to our junior suite which was very nice. Breakfast is a buffet of cereal fruit, cheese and meats, bread order is taken when you check in. We will be coming back to this delightful hotel.

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely lobby incorporating the old stone walls. Would recommend and if I am back in the area I would have no problem itusing again.

Minor point and it's probably just me but I would have preferred an actual key card rather than a phone app for room entry. Only because I am useless with tech.

Fantastic small hotel in the old town. Extremely welcoming staff is going the extra mile to make you feel special and very well looked after. The room was spectacular, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was top class with gluten-free bread and every morning another special, delicious, gluten-free special treet. AMAZING!! Located in the old town of Mahon, it is perfectly located to explore the city and the harbour. If we go back to Menorca, this will definitely again be our hotel.

The hotel is right at the heart of town in an iconic location offering bed and breakfast type accommodation. All roads seem to lead to it. It's a teeny adult only hotel with a simple understated elegant style, clean, uncluttered without the trappings of opulence. The room we had was not large (a double) but plenty of space with a small balcony area and en-suite shower and toilet - no separating door but private enough. The top floor boasted a comfortable seating area, a terrace and large jacuzzi. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast (included) is fresh and delicious. Food combinations we have implemented at home.

It was all so good but our shower area was a little tired. It was otherwise spotless.

Excellent location and incredibly attentive staff who made us feel very special. The staff baked gluten free bread, two gluten free cakes just for me. Amazing!!!

Only slight minus was the light system which was very complicated and led to us sleeping with the lights partially on.

Great location alongside the historic archway so easy to find your way home as a point of reference. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Sorted out taxis and advice for local restaurants. Rooms cleaned daily, plenty of assorted toiletries if needed and additional hygeine items. Buffet style cold breakfast with plenty to chose from cheeses meats fruits etc and additional daily baked local 'treat' Hotel room, reception common areas were totally spotlessly clean and well maintained. Roof top pool and terrace with honesty bar to relax on in the afternoon after sight seeing. All good.

Beautiful boutique hotel with beautiful helpful staff. We loved staying here and would definitely return as it was very clean and very pretty in the perfect location with the most lovely staff running it. The roof top pool was a nice touch. The breakfast was nice and we had a really relaxing time.
