The outdoor pool and garden are amazing, great sea view! The food from the room service menu was also great and the price was totally normal. The SPA is also very nice with a quite big pool and the massage was more than good!

There is no coffee/tea at the room which is a standard option for most of the hotels. For a 5 star hotel that is very annoying. Also there is no hand shower at the bathroom.

The hotel is very overrated. If you have experience to compare it with, then it is clear that it is hardly 5*. There is no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Water is only in the minibar. Breakfast is also not for a 5-star hotel. If you do not pay attention to this, and do not live in 5-star hotels in other countries, then everything is fine :)

Beach, swimming pool and spa

Breakfast very average and could use some more variety. Coffee not very good and served in rather small cups so need to refill at least once. I drink mine black with a splash of milk and no sugar and I did not see such option. When I made cappuccino, it tasted sweet so they must use some sweetened milk. Also initially we had only one lousy pillow each but they did bring up one more each for us after we asked

We've been going to the same hotel for the last 5, 6 years. Some of the staff are very pleasant, others - not so much, especially at the restaurant. All around, you start to notice some facility fatigue, which has stayed unchanged for the years we've come to visit. Our biggest hurdle is with the damn magnet key cards. They get demagnetized or are hard to read - you can't get the elevator running on your first try, you can't open your room on your 2nd try, and the electricity won't start for 5 or even 10 times in a row. Please fix this already. Just does not fit the price. The room was cleaned 1 or 2 times for the whole 5-night stay. Finally, the Wi-Fi was horrible.

I was a bit wary as I've never been to Bulgaria but everything absolutely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the pool great with warm water and lots of comfy beds, the beach right next to the hotel, with beds, sand, clean and the water was again warm. The bulgarian food is incredibly tasty, the town small so you can walk everywhere but very vibrant especially at night. There were almost no foreign tourists just Bulgarians on holiday which added to a very local feeling. Definitely recommend

Convenient location close to everything - sea garden, shopping, restaurants; beautiful pool that never seemed too busy or crowded; hotel lobby is nicely decorated. We used the stylist on site at the spa, highly recommend. Beautiful views of the sea and garden! Very courteous and helpful staff, assisted us with reserving transportation at a reasonable cost, thank you for the great service!

For a 5-star hotel, some rooms are in need of renovation - our apartment had very old carpet that smelled bad - musty bedroom smell; ants in the coffee area, and minimal options of bed pillows and bathroom necessities. Bought room spray to deal with the smell and had to make sure no food was left in the room. Breakfast was okay although no decent coffee options (unless you like Nescafe and bitter machine coffee!). No vegan milk options. Food at the restaurant was decent but largely overpriced. More like 3-star hotel in global western standards but probably the best you could find in BG.

Great location for exploring the area around the port, sea gardens and close to the bus station. Just a short walk to some great restaurants. Superb pool. Attentive polite staff. Excellent breakfast.

The bedroom was large and clean but lacked tea/coffee making facilities and the bed, although huge and comfortable, had sheets and duvet that were too small, a super king bed with king size linen and only one pillow each. Friday to Sunday there were weddings each evening so the restaurant wasn’t available and the guests mingled near the pool.

Property was very clean, pool and Spa facility too. Room too. The location was close to city centre and walking distance from the Black Sea. Reception Staff were very friendly. Food at restaurant was moderate.

It is definetly not a 5 star hotel on European level, breakfast was good but nothing compared to 5 star, staff there not too friendly. Pool attanedants not interested in pool visitors. Room lighting was low and cleaning not suffixently good. No ironing board, no coffee making options.

The fitness room has to be paid extra (10 leva). On the last 2 days after breakfast we had to wait in front of the room for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning. Most of the sun beds on the beach were very hard (no cushions) and partially broken. The bathroom was clean but the room carpet could use a proper cleaning as well.
