The location is excellent—peacefully tucked away from the busy center of Protaras. It's the perfect place to relax, with beautiful beaches nearby. Protaras is just a 30-minute walk away along a scenic seaside path that leads directly to Protaras Beach. In addition, there is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel with Buses running every 10-15min. They provide access to Ayia Napa, Nissi beach and Makronissos beach too .

There are only tea mugs available in the breakfast area—no coffee cups or small espresso cups at all. It feels a bit odd having to drink an espresso from a large tea mug.

Everything was great. For this price, I think these are great apartments. Obviously, the hotel is not new, but they take good care of it: the apartments are perfectly clean, new plumbing, taps, shower, good water pressure, hot water, etc. There is no hair dryer, if this is important to anyone. The kitchen is equipped: there is a kettle, stove, toaster, even a coffee machine, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, glasses. As already written earlier, there are no rags / sponges, but it will not be difficult to buy it in the nearest store. The beds are comfortable, pillows too, the bedroom is dark (for those with children). The food in the restaurant is varied: you can always find something for yourself at breakfast. Dinner every day - food from different countries of the world. Greek and Cypriot were very tasty. In general, local). The meat was very tasty, even in another restaurant for an additional fee, it was worse. The staff is excellent, always ready to help, they fulfilled all requests. Excellent embankment, perfectly equipped for strollers and looks endless (towards Pootaras, from the church).

Few minuses. Bad beach. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but, if possible, it is better to go to Protaras itself. The beach is better, which is next to the church, the bottom is better there. On the day of departure, we came late for breakfast, at 10.00 (breakfast until 10.30), all the coffee machines and juice machines were already closed. Had to have a dry breakfast. Didn't swear and find out anything, but it seems that the staff cleaned everything ahead of time. I do not reduce the stars for this, but I did not like this.

The hotel is very quiet, we loved this atmosphere. The beach view is fantastic. Breakfasts and dinners were very variable and delicious, every evening a new thematic cuisine. The clean room is perfect. Our friend stayed for one night for additional fee, that was very convenient. I'd like to come back there.

Probably better to add fruits in the dinner.

Location is excellent, all beautiful beaches are nearby. The pool is totally fine, especially during the sunsets. They serve various types of international food for dinner and breakfast is good, however we didn't like local vine in the restaurant. In general, hotel is very clean and we had pleasant time. The stuff was great and all recommendations for Adam's cocktails!

We paid for the room with a sea view, but got everything but that. We were explained that the hotel was fully booked for the night so it was fixed the following day and we moved to a room with the real sea view (attached photos). Some parts of the rooms need some refurbishment (front door) and wifi was not so good all the time.

The apartments were very well organised. Starting from the room it was quite spacious, we were on the ground floor and despite the fact that it was too hot outside inside it was very chill. It provided all of the basic facilities to dine-in and even cook a simple meal. The room has a great view of the sea and easy access to both the beach and the swimming pool. The food served was simply amazing, especially the dinner. The dinner buffet is changing every night and what we liked the most was the fact that it was theme based, one night mexican, the other asian, international, cypriot, etc.. But what really made our stay remarkable was all of the personel working there. Regardless that everyone was busy we were always greeted with a smile and be cheerful. Big thanks to the hospitality of all of the personel and a main reason to return back in the future

Swimming pool gets a bit busy and if you are looking for relaxing moments by the pool then you won't get any as it's if full of kids jumping on the water. People tend to reserve sunbeds from 7:30 and showing up around 11, made it a bit stressful to try and find a spot with shade

The location is perfect: right on the beach, with lots of shops and great restaurants nearby. The room was very cosy and spacious, recently renovated with a seaside village vibes and a great view of the sea.

Room safe box is only available for additional fee. AC in our room was blowing right on the bed and there were no means to adjust it.

Beautiful location, lovely beach walk and sunset, enjoyable walk built parallel to the shore, very hospitable and clean. Dinner with a different theme each night and a kiddy pool next to a bigger one for my little boy and granny. We come back every summer!

The apartment was very clean, they changed towels and bed sheets more than we expected. All of their apartments (on premises) are sea view. The pool was always clean, it has three different depths, one for infants, one for small children and one for adults. Breakfast was good, during our 9 days we always found what we wanted.

Amazing location, large appartment with magic view + big balcony, perfect breakfast, solid diner, good pool, very silend and clean beach /sea, friendly and helpful staff, supermarket in the campus, 5 min wall from city center of Pernera.

Difference between quality level of breakfast and dinner.

Room was a really good size, very clean, serviced every day. Had a beautiful sea view. Lovely clean beach with special access for someone with a disability.

Them only fault if I want to be picky is the pool, although it was cleaned every day it needed a good scrub around the rim, it was dirty.
