Great value for my 'inclusive' stay at the Hotel which included 3 fabulous meals - all with non-gluten and vegetarian options. Breakfast was exceptional with home made fruit yoghurts, an incredible array of fruits and a hot buffet. In between the three main meals snacks ( hot a cold including sliders, pizza etc) were available every mid-morning and mid-afternoon. The three pools were beautiifully kept and the bedrooms newly painted and spotless. I really liked the location which is NOT in the centre of Protaras town. Penera has everything but better sea views.

Everything was really good. Staff was very kind and at service all the time. Price vs value exceeded my expectations, think that this was really good for the price paid. All meals were perfect, there should be everything for everyone. Pool was also pretty good for people of all ages. For better beaches on the coast you will need to walk a bit, around 20 mins (Vryssi Beach), but still believe that this is very good price vs value hotel vs position. Wish them all the best!

All workers without reception worker ..was nice person and helpful...all ways ask if we need something...thanks for all of them Room was nice and confortable. Nice tv and all thinks in the room...

We stay there all-inclusive but in the room they didnt put water. There are coffee, milk and kettle but no water . İts summer and no water in the room. We bought frome the market. Dinner and lunch meals was insufficient, need more kind but breakfast was nice...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Papouis Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The standout feature of this hotel has to be the spacious rooms. They are not just clean but incredibly roomy, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the amenities I particularly appreciated was the in-room coffee maker. It's the small details like this that make a big difference in the overall comfort of a hotel stay. Having the option to brew a fresh cup of coffee in the room was a great way to kickstart my day.The hotel also provided extra towels for the swimming pool, which was a thoughtful touch. It saved me the hassle of carrying wet towels from the room, ensuring that I could enjoy a dip in the pool without any inconvenience. The staff were truly exceptional. They were not only accommodating but also very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also a delightful surprise. The quality of the food was very good, and the variety of options on the menu catered to different tastes. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. It was meticulously maintained and, as the rest of the hotel, impeccably clean. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

While we were on an all-inclusive package, regrettably, the quality of the non-beer drinks was not up to par.

The hotel was very nice inside & outside, probably recently renovated. The location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. There are several excellent restaurants serving local food in the area, also a short walk away. There are also several shops in the area. The hotel is a little out of the centre, but that's not necessarily a problem. The room was comfortable and well equipped, we especially liked that the balcony looked out to sea and we could see the sunset. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a large choice and a delicious and varied menu. Pool and its surroundings were great! I would recommend it to everyone, it is excellent value for money. We had a great time, we will stay here again if we visit Cyprus again. :)

The front office staff were not all sympathetic, we felt a little unwelcome at times. We are talking about one person here, the rest of the staff were not! The breakfast staff were also very nice to us! The gym didn't have a pair of weights for every weight, and there were no push-up bars. I know, why go to the gym on a holiday, right? :D

I booked at a 3-star hotel that felt and looked like a 5-star. The hotel was renovated about a year ago and it looked amazing. The price was so low that we thought that we will end up in a very cheap and bad hotel but it was the complete opposite. The rooms were beautiful and I couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was nice and helpful.

The first night sadly they had some technical issues with the air conditioning but they sorted it out a few hours later. For our troubles, the manager offered us a champaign as an apology which we really did appreciate. Day 2 had some issues with warm water but that was also part of the cooling issue they had from the previous day so no complaints there. Sadly even after the cooling system was solved the temperature wasn't going below 25 in the room no matter what we tried to do. We didn't have issues sleeping but I would prefer my room much colder during the day because of how hot outside was.

The hotel was just fantastic from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked as though they had just been completely renovated and were immaculate. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options, so we couldn't fault it. We only stayed for one night as we were visiting the area, but I wouldn't hesitate to book for longer in the future. The value was exceptional for the price we paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pillow was a little hard for our liking. However, that was our personal preference, so this didn't detract from what we thought of the hotel.

Exceptional courtesy and consideration from staff from all areas.e.g reception and then breakfast area amd then in the evening staff were very friendly and helpful

The only thing I've not liked so far is the very disappointing pool :( being menopausal and a regualr swimmer back in england I was expecting and needing a pool the same as the pictures! Online and from.my room this shows as a decent sized pool but since seeing outside I cab see it is incredibly shallow!! I don't mind a small pool bit at least have it a bit deeper so you can go under

I liked everything here. It was a great hotel - sea view room, clean l, comfortable, fresh, good smelling, tea, coffee, fridge - good breakfast - just for 10€ per person added dinner. Great dinner, pleasant music People in the hotel were very - good pool - Sea was 5 minutes walk - city center 20 minutes walk - Most important, you don't need adapters, room has both USB and type C charger

No complaints, would stay again

The Staff at the hotel were all around exceptionally kind and welcoming. The assistant manager Zacharoula was also very kind and helpful during my stay. I can not express how thoughtful Zacharoula was with my unfortunate situation with needing to adjust my dates of stay. She was very understanding and polite with getting the issue resolved. Could not thank her and her team enough.
