The selections and service of every one of our breakfasts were fantastic. The staff was on top of replenishing items, keeping tables and counters clean, and were very professional yet personable. We also took part in the Wednesday evening gathering in the lobby and were extremely surprised and impressed with the efforts the staff, especially the GM, manager, and kitchen manager. It was the night before Thanksgiving and they made a fantastic full Turkey dinner that didn't disappoint! The BINGO games they offered were a lot of fun for everyone. And somehow, in the middle of the night during a snowstorm, they magically replaced all the autumn decorations with tasteful holiday decorations that added to the weekend. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also polite, professional, and eager to be helpful. Loved our stay! There's a great team at this hotel, I've been working in hospitality for 4 decades and was really impressed.

Perhaps a few more towels in the pool area, they seemed to disappear quickly, but it was a busy holiday weekend.

Staff was nice & polite during my check in. Size of the room was big & clean. The bed was comfortable & big; I love the size of the tvs & brand. Entertainment selection on TV has great selection, it's just missing prime video & peekcook. It was so cool to see my name on the TV as I entered the room !, that was cool 🤙. Amazing hot breakfast selection 🤤 so good loved it. Location was great , it's next to so many restaurants & store's right on the main strip. The mall was about 2 miles away so I loved that as well.. pool was big; hot tub was amazing 🤩. I loved the kitchen area ! & Living room furniture in the room, so homey like. I will definitely plan on staying a week longer to enjoy it.Wasn't expecting the hotel to be that big I got lost like 3 times trying to find the elevator with my wife lol. I recommend this hotel to any family & couple you won't regret it. I'm glad I finally got my book in cause every time I try to book it's usually sold out and I see why 👌😊.

I couldn't find the elevator that was my only issue & parking was very hard to find had to walk though the other side of the hotel to get to my room on the 3rd floor .

Clean and roomy. Loved the separate room from the bedroom. Even tho we didn’t use the kitchen that’s always a plus just in case we wanted to cook. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was there were so many kids occupying the pool that there was an older man waiting to get in and I wouldn’t have because of that scenario. I felt bad for him. I too did not get to use the pool way too many kids. The breakfast was excellent the coffee the best. Staff was awesome

I wanted to stay Sat night....you told me the hotel was totally booked....not true, your allotment was likely booked....so we check in on Sun, a room way out at the end of the hotel, for us 2 80 year olds trudging through the hallways.

Be more honest with your clients......don't push them to your availability so you can get the commissions...not a way to build relationships. I'll be staying at the hotel, but won't be booking with you. Sorry.....make amends, so we can be friends again.

A beautiful property with amazingly spacious, comfortable, modern and clean rooms. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and throughway, plenty of free parking. And the best part is the "outstanding breakfast"

The check-in process. My husband went to check in and when he came back to the car told me the women inside couldn't find our reservation. She was not helpful or nice. I went in and the Manager immediately found it, checked ID and problem solved.

The free hotel shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient. The hotel staff, especially Jodi were always courteous and attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a good selection and was always kept well stocked all the way up to the end time. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. The hotel laundry facility was an added plus.

The staff and property was excellent!! The price of the room was a little high compared to others but with free breakfast and I mean a true free breakfast with everything you could want and Wi-Fi and the size and quality of the rooms it is well worth it!!!

We loved the room. It was large and very comfortable. The 1st night was great. The 2nd night there were kids running up and down the halls yelling loudly. And doors were slamming a lot. The 2nd morning the buffet was very crowded. We had to eat elsewhere.

The location, the cleanliness and the facilities. The pool area is beautiful with a great courtyard that has a firepit and large grills for families to use. The hotel was very quiet at night. A great hotel for the cost.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room was clean,quiet, well appointed, and attractive. We were even lucky enough to have a pretty view of the courtyard. The breakfast offerings are awesome. My spouse had a waffle and I really enjoyed the oatmeal with lots of add-ins to choose from. Everything was fresh and attractive.
