Very central location, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay if you wish to explore the town on foot. Plenty of food and drink available in town, along with museums and other great things to see nearby... and a supermarket downstairs! A rental car is very highly recommended if you really want to explore the island comfortably. We would definitely consider it again.

If you have a rental car, you will probably have to walk 5-10 minutes to and from the parking areas, which we didn't mind, but it's worth contacting the hotel before arrival so they'll tell you where to park to unload any heavy baggage (it can be done). Also, we travelled in February and the temperatures happened to be extremely low (below freezing!) and the winds quite high... which really pushed the air conditioning to its limits. It was struggling a bit to keep the room warm on 1-2 days... but it seems harsh to fault the hotel for that. In any case, the bed linen was nice and warm, so no worries!

The location is very close to the center. If you arrive by ferry, it is only a 10 minute walk from the center. But more importantly, they have incredibly sweet staff. The hotel manager Niko and his incredibly sweet mother helped us during our whole trip. Even though the check in time was at 15.00, they delivered our room as soon as we arrived. They immediately brought solutions to the problems we had during the trip. Also, after check out, they agreed to keep our luggage waiting until the boat. Endless thanks to the team for their hospitality, pleasant conversations and goodwill.

First of all, I would like to thank the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness, location and comfort were amazing. Everything in the room was well thought out, there were even extras such as disposable toothpaste and brushes. As a bonus, cake and coffee were offered at the reception all day long, making me feel like a guest, not a customer. Thank you very much.

A great stay in the center of the city. The staff was extremely attentive and the room was spotless. We were allowed to check in before the hotel's check-in time. There are disposable slippers in the room. There was also a personalized toothbrush and toothpaste. There was a sewing kit. Excellent service. I advise :)

Parking is not available. It was a bit of a problem for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is directly above a supermarket where you can get what you need for day trips. Also the fridge in the room is filled with Water, lemonade and some sweets and it is free of charge.

The pillows where to hard and too big for me. I didn't ask for an other one, maybe there are softer pillows available. The walls are not good isolated so you can hear the neighbors very clear. That was a little bit disturbing for us.

Hotel located at the center of city. Near to 7/24 markets, restaurants, bars and cafes. People were so sincere. Room was very clean, has perfect sea/port view from balcony. Inside of the room decoration is simply beautiful. You can find small fridge, slipper, toothbrush etc. for you. If I visit Chios again, this Hotel will be our first option.

It's as advertised. A minute walk from the promenade, in center Chios. Clean rooms, great staff. The owner is friendly and willing to help with anything. If you can, get a room with balcony, worth the price difference.

The facility was in a safe location. It was within walking distance to the market, historical places and restaurants. Our room at the facility was very clean and cute. Also the hotel staff (I think his name is Nikos) was helpful and friendly. Hope we meet again :)

It could get a little bit loud from the traffic etc but it was expected due to the central location.
