The hotel was clean and spacious, the rooms were comfortable and the location very convenient to go to my company.

I was not informed correctly on the credit card charges, on my arrival the front desk asked me for a credit card to guarantee the stay, informing the y will only charge 10% but they charged the total stay of 3.1k US$ on the second day which caused me to anticipate the whole amount. The cleaning system was not consistent, they changed every day the towels which was not really necessary, but did not clean the WC

Everything was great. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of nice amenities, and the location was perfect.

Maid service could be seen in the halls, but seemed virtually non-existent. My family stayed in 3 different rooms and none of us received the "light touch service " that's advertised. My 80 year old mother asked for towels from the maid service in the hall and was asked for her room number. The maid then informed her that she didn't service that room, 3 doors down, and couldn't give her towels. We all had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels. The trash wasn't taken out during the entire stay. When I asked about it a staff member told me they were short staffed since the holiday. This was the only disappointing part of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located hotel. The bed, pillows and everything … are just so comfortable. Extra pillows and a light blanket are very much appreciated. We will definitely go back to this place for our next stay in Orange County. To the hotel staff, thank you so much for your great service. Someone was checking on us all the time by text asking if we need anything or asking us if we are comfortable. What a nice gesture ! Keep up the good job!

Facility was clean and off the main path from noise. Good location from Disney and Ferry Terminals at Long Beach. Also close to Freeways.

The elevator and layout in the building isn't optimal from a baggage standpoint. The heating/cooling system would have worked better if it was integrated into the wall electronic thermostat, it would also save energy instead of constantly having to adjust fan speed and temp. A remote thermostat is always much more efficient because it measures the correct air temp away from the unit instead of near the unit.

Lovely place to stay, safe and secure with plenty of lighting during the night,. Reception staff so welcome and helpful, very quick check in and out.The studio absolutely spotless, perfectly for a family of 5, beds so comfortable, mattress and pillows very good quality, all bedding cleaned. Breakfast with lots of variety , with many options, staff so professional and kind, coffee so delicious . Activity for teens were a bonus. Highly recommend , we had such a lovely time located at Staybridge.

Excellent location. It was in a lovely neighborhood and wasn't too far from Disneyland. The social evenings, between Monday and Wednesday evenings, were a surprise. Light supper, dessert, and family entertainment at no extra cost were a welcome surprise.

We had to pay for parking, as well as the laundry facilities. Breakfast was generally good; however, facilities to cope with the crowd were lacking. Fill-ups took long, and tables weren't sufficient. Breakfast options were also limited, almost the same every day.

The room was a breath of fresh air literally. We had a bad experience at the hotel we had initially booked before coming you. The elevator smelled good. The room smelled great was very clean and updated. Just Beautiful. Room 321 8/9-8/10/25

The pullout bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the mattress poking me in my back. I had to call for bedding. No flat or fitted sheet and a very thin throw cover. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Everything. Loved having the fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast was great and saved us a lot of money. They even had a pickleball court! On site laundry was super helpful since my son had to wash his baseball uniforms ( we were there for a tournament).

Nothing really. If you had to pull my leg and MAKE me say something bad, the pool could have been warmer I guess.

Hotel is very modern and clean. Has pool, basketball court and business center. Breakfast had abundant fresh fruit and other choices. Free drinks Monday-Wednesday at social hour.

It seemed like the pumps for the pool may have been in a closet of the room (Not too bad. Was like a white noise machine.) There is not a lot to do/see/eat within walking distance. The hotel is basically in an office park area.

I loved the openness of the place and the rooms were a good size , loved the bedroom with the comfy King size bed. The free breakfast was great! We usually it's just cereal & maybe muffins. But this was a full on meal & was so delicious.

The showers could be cleaner i saw dark spots in the corner. The water pressure is also terrible but the comfy bed made up for it.
