Breakfast was as expected. Good location, good value for the dollar. Clean. We have stayed here in the past

We arrived about 2:35pm and were turned away. We were told that check in was at 3pm and inspections were not completed………. Never had this happen while traveling, and we travel quite a bit now that we are retired. We frequent North Conway usually at least once a year. I would hope that something would have been inspected by 2:35 pm (there were no cars in the parking lot)

Breakfast was excellent. Leslie, the person working in the room, was helpful and very nice. Food was very good. The bedroom was spacious and beds comfortable. The rooms needed some TLC, but overall, nice.

Shower head did not work well and the heating units was not functioning like it should.

I liked being greeted in,by friendly staff when arrived. THE hospitality really hit home for me .

The only thing I didn't like was the men doing renovations in the hotel didn't clean up after there selfs.Example walking down one hallway ,and there are broken pieces of dried up wall on the floor.

u like that they double booked my room. but definitely worked fast to remove this issue they put me and my husband in a double room suite and also took money off our stay also had a dozen of yellow roses and a beautiful card for our anniversary

Ordered a king bed and got a king bed! Breakfast had quite a nice variety each morning (even for late risers). Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very attentive to any needs. When our plans changed, they were very professional with handling the change.

Breakfast ended at 9:30, which seemed a bit restrictive compared to other places we've stayed.

Breakfast was decent enough disappointed the pancake maker was down the room was decent the bed was comfy

Just that I couldn’t have a pancake but plenty else to choose from so that was fine

The sheets are incredibly soft. I wish I knew their trick! I slept so well on that bed. Wow. The location is perfect for any trip to the mountains too.

There were some refurbishments being done and the pool looked like it could use some love.

I could have gotten something cheaper for the price that I paid $650 is a lot for two nights should have done my research.

Breakfast was very good, as was the location. The pool area was clean.

Toilet flushed very loudly. Had to have the room key, reprogramed three times. Two of the three drawers would not stay shut, without jamming the drawer with a piece of cardboard.

Location was convenient for our travel, and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was very good, including hot and cold options. Front desk was very efficient, as we needed to check in quickly to make a phone-call meeting right when we checked in.
