Big rooms, perfect for families. We had plenty of space and the hotel provided us with a crib and a baby bathtub. The staff were very nice. Special mention to Allen, who went out of his way with recommendations. He was very welcoming and proactive, made our stay even nicer. The neighborhood is great, so many food options around. Also Dahu Park close by, and you can even do some proper hikes walking-distance from the hotel.

The only drawback was that the neighborhood is quite far so it would take us 45-60min to reach any of the sites by metro or bus. The metro is right next to the hotel though, so even that was easy.

Clean, modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Convenient location right next to Huzhou BR21 metro station. We also found a great authentic beef noodles restaurant a couple blocks away, filled with locals. Highly recommend that as well.

First room had a strong burnt plastic smell. After a bit of back and forth with the front desk, we were able to change rooms. Receptionist was professional the entire time. If going to TPE airport, take an Uber rather than public transportation unless you don't mind taking up to 1.5 hours to commute. Uber was 40 minutes without traffic.

The room is spacious. Close to convenience shops, supermarkets & pharmacies. The establishment has a halal certification for its rooms (but do take note, the certification doesn’t include the restaurant.)

When we walk out of the our room to go the elevators, the air in the hallways and corridors are always humid, stuffy and stale. There is a powder room / toilet next to the living room which is convenient but it smells. There is a sink conveniently place next to the coffee maker to wash your own cups and glasses. Though not dirty or clogged, the sink smells as well.

This hotel is great. It's in Neihu, 100m from Huzhou station, very convenient to go to city center. There are a lot of nice little restaurants in less than 5 minutes walk. We booked 7 nights originally, but we were delayed on some stuff so we extended one more night. The rooms are big and clean, and the bathrooms fully equipped. The staff is friendly and willing to help on anything. We were staying because we were moving to Taipei from Spain, so we had a lot of luggage, which they kindly helped us put out and in the taxi, and also in the room. Timmy was very helpful and attentive to this, as well as all the members of the front desk who helped us do photocopies and send faxes when needed. There is also free washing machine and dryer, you only need to pay for your powder soap. There is a gym as well.

My daughters wanted to have dragon fruit every morning, but unfortunately not every day was it available :)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The drinking fountain was great and tidy. It was convenient to obtain drinking water. The bathroom was spacious.

The only thing that was not easy to get to was the toilet which was hidden behind the door. The sitting area of the toilet was extremely small.

The room service as very clean and spacious. Full of aminities from toiletries, tea, coffee, event tea/coffee maker. The room was big but feels empty in good side. The breakfast is semi-buffet with vegetarian options which very good.

The hotel was right beside Tapei MRT Brown Line (Huzhou). But its located very far away from Taipei city centre. Its good if you have businesses in Nangang Exhibition Centre. Other than location its perfect

Loved the staff here. They were extremely helpful and gave a free room upgrade our first night. Room was very spacious. Had laundry machines on site for self service. Metro stations is 3 minute walk. Many restaurants nearby. Excellent water pressure and hot water. 30 minutes by metro to central Taipei. Superb value.

Wasn't the most soundproofed. I had no problems sleeping but some people might.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big and I like very much the brightness. Also the water dispenser is very convenient.

The aircon and the ventilation in the bathroom are a bit loud.

Big rooms, free parking yummy breakfast and excellent service.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English which is great for travelers that don’t speak much Mandarin. The hotel is right by the MRT and a beautiful park with a great buffet breakfast.

By western standards the bed was a tad too firm, but this is common in Asian countries.
