Great location near Krupówki. Hotel was very pretty, with great SPA ( swimming pool with jets, outside jacuzzis and few saunas). It was great to relax there. Breakfast was tasty and many different options from which some changed daily. Room was cozy with enough storage place. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back to this hotel

Hair dryer could be better (in the room was a simple one similar to the ones which are in the swimming pools) so drying my hair took extra time. Food in the restaurant was tasty but I expected more from it

The Christmas decorations all throughout the property were incredible. The bar area was so nice and relaxing that we spend hours there and the proximity to the main street was top class. Cesar salad in the bar was amazing.

Food in general wasn't great here, but maybe that was our tastes. The breakfast was very average and if you got down late, it was not fresh. The food in the main restaurant was not good value, the food was okay and the price was high. My recommendation for steak on the menu would be to remove the "hot stone" aspect.

Location/ Decor/ spa was the best hotel spa I have ever stayed in/ reception staff were very helpful. Excellent children’s facilities too.

There was confusion between bar and restaurant. Bought wine in restaurant and went to take the half bottle left to the bar. Was told i couldn’t drink it in the bar as separate company. I should have been told before purchasing the wine. Made to leave the bar, and was with a group of 10. Felt really bad for a 5 star and otherwise perfect hotel.

Breakfast was really good, you can find everything you would expect in breakfast. Extremely fresh. Great way to start the day. The staff amazing! Really! So easy to get everything done. We got an extra time checking out and even stayed in the spa until our flight. We had an issue with the lamp, which was fixed within 30 min. You cannot get anything better. Highly recommend! Everything is super clean, the SPA really fun to be in.

We knew in advance that a five-star hotel would be fine. However, the stay at the Aries hotel exceeded our high expectations. A wonderful hotel with an extremely pleasant and refined design. Breathtaking wellness, exclusive breakfast and exceptional service in all respects. Special thanks to the helpful gentleman who was at the reception on Friday morning and at noon. I applaud the entire Polish nation, Slovaks over the hill, Moravians and even Czechs have a lot to learn from the Poles about what truly first-class services (not just prices) are.

Had an incredible stay here. The amenities are great, the restaurant has amazing food, and the location was perfect - it’s central but just enough off the main road to be peaceful. We went to Zakopane for my birthday, it wasn’t even something I put on the booking or anything, but the staff still made the day special. Just shows how attentive they are and what a good team is behind this hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional. Variety of all foods. Pool and sauna were prefect. Location to shops was perfect. Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All staff very friendly and pleasing. Hotel restaurant food was delicious and service was outstanding.

Keep an eye on kids in the breakfast buffet area for touching of foods or as we experienced sneezing on the bread twice and then putting it back in the basket. Should have parent supervision.

Staff went above and beyond . Get a room with a balcony for a view of the mountains. The reception staff treated us to chocolates for our anniversary and gave us a lovely handwritten card.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed in. We come back to Aries every December since 2018 and every time it is unforgettable stay. It has everything you need for the most relaxed stay-great SPA facilities that are kept in the most prestigious conditions, amazing bar with the loveliest staff and the food at Halka restaurant is Michelin star worthy-you have to try their cook your own steak served on the hot stone.
