I was initially hesitant to book this stay based on previous reviews, I found the resort staff to be extremely accommodating, friendly, and willing to assist where they could. The accommodations were clean and well-stocked, and the drinks were strong.

The only constructive feedback I could give is that there was a lack of entertainment, staff and activities. We were there for five days and only saw The Entertainment staff once there were nightly shows, but beyond 10 o’clock there was nothing to do at the resort I would also say that the beach location was far disconnected from the rest of the hotel, we only went there once, however, what they lacked in entertainment was more they made up for with their staff. Shout out to Farooq and Fernando and Alex!

I celebrated my 50th birthday with 9 family members and friends. The staff were so sweet and attentive. Surprised me often with birthday dessert... and on the actual day, they sang happy birthday to me. We loved the pool, the towels, the grounds, the bar... the dinner show, the staff, the buffet.....love the pineapples, and chicken wings they serve.....

I do not like the main pool closing so dang early...6pm, that's ridiculous...we are on vacation and want to enioy ourselves.... they have security. Therefore, no one is sneaking onto the property. I had a private swimming pool, but the lights nor jets work, and they did not clean my pool. The other thing is that they said it was a beachfront property, and it is NOT. They have a goft cart to take you because I believe it was a 15-minute walk.

The hotel room was really nice, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and had plenty of hot water, the balcony had a great view, the bathroom was modern and had a dual sink, the room had a mini bar, and privacy or maid service lightning selection buttons. The TV worked great, and the Wi-Fi rarely disconnected. The staff was really nice and the food in the buffet was actually really good. The Italian restaurant was also quite good. The pool is a decent size and there is a second one by the beach. The games selection was good in the entertainment room, and the gym was also quite big and had modern equipment.

The main dishes in the 2nd restaurant on the main property were not good, the steak came out really tough and the ribs were 80% bones. The staff didn't seem to know about where and when the scheduled events took place. They would often start up to 30 minutes late and in a completely different location listed. The beach sidebar barely had any drink selection, couldn't even get a pina colada. The entertainment room was locked most of the time and apparently is only supposed to be for 'teens'. Adults like to play pool / snooker and board games too! Room service did not always come to clean the room, we were out 11am-6pm and came back to a note on the door saying they could not clean it because we asked for privacy at 9AM.

Pool area and entertainment staff and wait staff were excellent...friendly fun and entertaining.

There was a dinner show on Friday night that we knew nothing about. We came down to find the Seafood Grill and the buffet closed. Portafino was open but we had been there the night before and we weren't dressed properly to go there again. We were too tired to wait for the show..so we just returned to our room. More information needs to be provided at check-in with menus, times, special events etc.

In general, the hotel is amazing!. Excellent facilities, view, service (VIP-service is an excellent strategy), quality and variety of food, all inclusive plan, the best!. Just to point out an improvement opportunity: those guest who pay for VIP-service should have a late check out (we should pay an extra charge of us$20/hr) as default; not conditioned to availability.

the breakfast was spectacular the facilities are modern and beautiful, and the staff was very attentive.

The room was clean and comfortable with a bathtub & separate shower. Great selection of food and drinks! The beach was much better than I expected! The staff were very friendly and attentive!
