Bulow Casa was amazing, the rooms were so clean and a great size, the location was the best for watching the sunsets. The private pool was an added luxury. We ate at the restaurant every night for the beach BBQ had some delicious seafood. The staff went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed, and were so friendly. My teenagers enjoyed the cooking class and basically loved everything about the hotel and Koh Lipe. We will definitely come back.

It’s haven on earth. Beach is amazing, food and drinks are super tasty. Staff goes above and beyond to please all guests . Service is great at the bar and breakfast.

I wish resort offered pool for all guests , current only villas at the beach can enjoy pool . Garden bungalow can’t access pool at all . I wish there was a shower at the resort for guests and better Wi-Fi .

The bungalows are gorgeous. We stayed in a garden one and it was lovely - super clean with great facilities. Food is fantastic too.

Value for money. It was definitely our most expensive stay in Thailand and whilst I know we were there for New Year, it’s missing the 5* touches you’d expect and that we recieved at similar rated hotels.

The staff was very friendly. The resort manager was exceptionally kind, capable, efficient and spoke English very well. The masseuses that came to the room were professional and very skilled. The room, pool, and beach view were stunning!

The staff was very kind, but did not speak much English in general which surprised me for the level of resort that this was. The only thing that may have made things easier is if more of the staff spoke English. :)

We loved our stay and will definitely go back. Apart from long travel time to Koh Lipe, this hotel makes it worth bumping up and down in a speedboat for. The accommodation is well-maintained and highly-function, they offered the in-room kitchen (microwave and electric stoves with all the kitchenettes) where you could at least reheat your buy-in meals or even make a light cook. The bathroom with walk-in closet was super cozy and large, a little minus point for the smell from the sewage in the restroom area. We loved the room, the attentiveness of staff, the food despite its very high price (their southern Thai menus were the best we have ever had and were the best of the whole 7 days trip). This hotel would definitely costs you dearly even they are not the famous chain 5 stars, but it worths every single baht I had spent. Kudos to all the staff, from the pier pick-up, front desk, maid, and the restaurant & bar. We had a splendid moment to cherish and remember there.

The hotel located on the sunset view point of the islands, it may get crowded and not so private in the evening.

Everything is perfect, the way back to resort was a bit muddy~ They took good care for every customers, providing free shuttle to walking street. Me and my girlfriend were there to celebrate her birthday, they did a nice dinner set up for us. Totally worth the stay, will consider to go back. The most memorable staff was the guy who fetch us every-time to walking street, he knows how to speak Malay, english too bad that i forgot his name.

The beachfront rooms are fantastic and very much worth paying extra for - the view is incredible, the space, the beds, having a kitchen, great time watching people and sunsets from the porch. The personal pool is very nice, and huge. We've lived in Thailand for long periods, so were a bit worried about being stuck with the hotel food because it's a decent walk to walking street or other restaurants, but the food was *excellent*. Especially the southern Thai food menu. We ended up eating every meal for five days at the hotel and enjoyed it every time. Breakfast was ok, had all the basics, but not as amazing as the regular lunch/dinner menu. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and service was very very good. Really no complaints at all, and would stay again if ever back in Koh Lipe. Wifi was good enough everywhere for basics and streaming. Did not try any videoconferencing though.

The round beds are novel, but a regular bed shape would be better.
