The hotel was very clean, stylish and pleasant. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and spacious, staff was helpful and friendly. Our suite was a great option for our family of six. Two king beds and a pullout couch accommodated everyone. The well-equipped kitchenette had dishes, glasses and mugs in the cupboard, as well as cloths and dish detergent for cleaning up.

The pullout couch was advertised as a queen, but was smaller, only double size. Our kitchette counter missed being cleaned, but that was easily remedied.

The rooms were very new, and the staff were very pleasant and engaged in the chats. The patio outside the restaurant was absolutely lovely, and we stayed way longer during our breakfast than we planned to. The mattresses were very comfy too. All in all, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

There was a broken window in the room, it was scotch taped, but it did spook us a bit. There was also a smell of dried fish in the room when we first entered, so we opened the windows to get rid of that.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast selection. Ice machine. Close to LaHave trail. Close to highway. Friendly staff. Heavy curtains, good a/c.

Hotel is under renovation, and while I wasn't bothered by the noise, the hotel was a little warmer where my room was located (easily adjusted the a/c). Also, bright lights on at night due to construction, but hotel has heavy-duty curtains, so it's not a problem unless you like having the curtains open. Noisy kids running rampant upstairs in late afternoon, but that's the parents responsibility!

House keeping and cleaning, having only 1 washer/dryer. The breakfast could have more freshness and variety like: fresh fruit salad, waffle maker, roasted potatoes being fresh not old

Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with lots of nice options. The pool was great, and I like the adult only time, (would be nice if it was 9-11!) in a great location, rooms were comfortable. It was a very nice little vacation from my life!

The only thing that would be really nice, is if you had fans in the bathroom, it's just kinda strange not to have them, they are in every other hotel I've been in. Other than that, we liked everything. And the fan thing is not a make or break, to be sure, just a thought that's all.

The staff was amazing. Steve was so helpful. My Grand daughter ended up in the hospital, and the staff (even red cross helped) Everyone was so cheerful and accommodating. The restaurant food was great. Breakfast staff was always busy and very helpful.

King bed with kitchenette was roomy, pool nice, breakfast lovely and location is good off and on hwy and close to town. Our bathroom huge, lot of room.

No towels at pool. Coffee is very weak. I work in. Hotel in Halifax and we have the same coffee machine in the staff room. That coffee is not served to guests, they are served a much better coffee.

Well-kept place. Very nice reception staff. Rooms were very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good too. A nice bonus was a level 2 EV charger on the parking lot (paid through Flo).

A minor thing, but the bar staff that night wasn't overly friendly and had no idea about their wine selection

All of the staff as great! Tatiana and Evan in the restaurant were exceptionally! They went out of their way to ensure my husband had something within his dietary needs. Breakfast was outstanding as well. Room very comfortable.

We had desserts and drinks, we shared deep fried cheesecake and a chocolate mousse, it was delicious!

It’s expensive to stay, I find 639 steep for 2 nights but it was a fabulous little family vacation, we really enjoyed our stay
