We opt to stop here for safety and comfort. There are no staff which enables you to come and go at your leisure. We are aware this property has recently been taken over. The new carpets, furniture and additional mini fridge were very appreciated.

I feel the outside area needs some TLC. We always sit out for a picnic when stopping here so would appreciate a little care over the cleanliness of the seating area. As the property has very recently been taken over, I am presuming this will be addressed in the near future judging by the quality of the interior.

We had the Chambre Double, Vue Jardin. The room is very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. On one side, the street is very quiet. On the other side, the garden is even quieter, and ensure a total silence during the night. The bed is massive and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and vast. There is a generous amount of coffee doses and a great coffee machine. Perfect to cheer up after a long journey or to start the day.

My fault partially: I didn't check my last confirmation email that is supposed to contain the entry code to the building and the room. Unfortunately, the code was not present in the email and the building was not manned so had a bit of a scare waiting for somebody to answer us on the phone/email but we eventually got a new code a dozen of minutes later. Thanks for the breakfast basket in the morning! Nice gesture! (Improvement suggestion: explain in large letters in the emails how the checkin process is working and how the breakfast is served)

Very clean and comfortable after a long drive. No stressful check in, just let’s yourself in! The breakfast in the morning delivered to the door was excellent, probably the best croissant I’ve eaten and it was still warm! Asked for additional bedding for the extra sofa bed and it was provided very quickly. Excellent service and all by text. Secure parking. Quiet town, short drive to Arras Centre with all the amenities you’d expect there.

No facilities at the accommodation. Had to walk to the parent hotel for restaurant. Coded access to the car park and building was obsolete on the morning of our departure, leaving us delayed and not allowing us enough time for breakfast

Independent room and building. But no tea or coffee , sugar or milk . Phones to the reception in the room not working. But still a very nice stay. Staff were really nice.

Excellent bed and room. Good for a one night stay.

Not sure where the restaurant was - info said 500 metres way, but not which way. Used Best Western restaurant instead. Was not allowed to recharge my electric car at Best Western which was a shame despite only one of their chargers being used- perhaps you might think of coming to some arrangement with them.

The security. The comfort of the beds. Excellent amenities from toiletries to beverages. Great hairdryer. Great location. We like the privacy of checking ourselves in and the easiness of the process.

The outside area could maybe fo with cleaning as we do take a picnic to eat while we are here. .

Very helpful staff. Lovely receptionist. Couldn't do enough to help us. Band and footy going on too. Had a lovely stay. Cheers Quintin

Unlock the upstairs windows as it was too hot. But still really nice

The service from Anais was fantastic, after a mistake on my part with the booking she helped to resolve the situation at very late notice with no fuss at all. The rooms were beautiful, entry method with keypad perfect, secure parking, lovely breakfast and overall far better that we expected. The location worked very well too as it was just a short distance from the highway for our drive from Calais to Paris, i wouldn't hesitate to stay again and furthermore recommend to friends and family

Beautiful house with modern rooms (well decorated) and large parking area. The house is located at walking distance from the Best Western so it is very convenient if you are several friends/colleagues. The self check-in was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this property either for business purpose or leisure.

Everything is great and nothing I didn't like. Travelling from abroad, I wished the check-in was a a bit earlier but the owners made it convenient and let me drop my bags earlier than planned.
