A very, very good location, probably the best feature. Very near a great beach for surfing, generally swimming, shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, cycleway, railway station to Porto and Aveiro (both about 25-30mins away by frequent trains). Note, its a good idea to know the tide times. This is a beach for swimming and surfing that works best between low and mid tide.

The bar in the ground floor lounge area could do with being open and serving drinks at some times. The appearance of the architecture of this building and also the casino next door isnt a good fit with the townscape and character of the seafront, although this dates from a period in the 1970s and 1980s when big and tall blocks by beaches were very common, so perhaps we just accept it as a past mistake.

The location was perfect. Everything we needed was within walkiing distance including the train station. Excellent restaurants and a lovely beach bar where the sunsets were stunning. It was very clean and housekeeping came every day. We paid extra for a Seaview and it was so worth it. The sound of the waves crashing was amazing.

We had two apartments advertised as recently renovated with hardwood floors. Only one had lovely hardwood floors but the other one had carpet. Carpet is not hygienic and should be replaced. Also there is no washing machine!

I booked an ocean view room and it was beautiful. Spacious, comfortable! Very comfortable beds, functional kitchen. The beach is beautiful, there is a breakwater and therefore you can swim even if there are big waves. The hotel is heated and you will be comfortable in any weather.

The cot for the child did not look very reliable. Book underground parking in advance, as you will not get 100% space in the hotel's free parking, it is very small and it is very difficult to find a parking space around the hotel. I was disappointed by the lack of wine glasses and in general the number of tableware could not have been so limited. For example, we only had 2 cups for 4 people.

The location was great, and the size of the apartment for the cost was a great value. The room was clean, and the kitchen would have been great had we wanted to cook.

I can't think of much of anything other than the shower head tended to droop down. It needed to be well-tightened so it would stay up. This seems somewhat common in Portugal.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly. Very helpful. The apartment was nice. Beautiful view of the beach. The building itself is a bit ugly but you can't do much about that. Centrally located for bars, restaurants, beach, train station and supermarket.

I asked for a double bed but we were given two singles pushed together. It's not the same.

Location in respect of walks, beach and train station were excellent. We occupied a Studio apartment and it exceeded our expectations in respect of comfort, space and decor. The kitchen had everything that we needed, we just dined in for breakfast only. We had a small balcony viewing the street on the left side and the beach on the right side which was a bonus. Unfortunately, the weather turned a little foul towards the end of our stay which was disappointing.

A you approach the Hotel from the side, it was a little dirty in respect of path and walk through. There was a lot of noise coming from a late night bar out front which was very annoying a couple of nights which was unfortunate and it disturbed our sleep pattern.

The view was incredible! I stayed on the 11th floor and the place was one of the most perfect hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Besides the spacious apartment which was a lot of space for one person, I had a basic kitchen. Besides the room, the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

If I could change one thing, I would put outlets near the bed. There were no electrical plugs close to the bed.

Did not have breakfast although it looked really nice. Reception was staffed all the time and were very helpful and friendly. The room was superb, very spacious and comfortable. The balcony with a view over the beach was a real bonus enabling us to sit and watch the sunset every evening. Incredible value for money

I loved the amenities in the apartment. It was perfect. The location was wonderful with everything we needed including the Casino right near by. I will definitely return to stay longer and make use of the bicycles and spend more time exploring and on the beach. The apartment is a place a will return to.

The front entrance was dirty. People left their cigarette butts out on the entrance and their litter which was not cleaned often.

It is on the beach! Clean, comfortable. Loads of space. Housekeeping everyday. Close to a supermarket. Fabulous kitchen facilities. Friendly staff.
