We recently spent four wonderful nights at this hotel, and we can confidently say that it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Every member of the personnel was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of options to cater to every taste—whether you prefer a continental spread, fresh fruits, or heartier options, you’ll find something to love. Don’t miss out on it if you visit! It’s definitely a great way to start your day. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of using the hotel’s massage service. Brigida and Joanna were truly exceptional. Their massages were not only relaxing but also carried out with great professionalism and care. The quality of the massage was top-notch, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Porto. If we had to mention one minor disadvantage, it would be the bathroom door, which is made of glass. Although it doesn’t allow you to see through it, it does not block sound as well as a traditional door might. This didn’t impact our overall experience much, but it's something to be aware of. All in all, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the hotel. Your hospitality made our trip to Porto even more special! We wish you all an amazing season ahead and hope to return to this wonderful hotel in the future!

Everything! Our son stayed here and recommended it and I've already recommended it to several people. The location was perfect and centrally located to everything, the room was beautiful and a very nice size, the bathroom was huge, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. There's a restaurant as well if you don't want to go out. And a small spa.

Nothing - it was all great!!

I would like to give a special thank you to Ana C. in the reception who could professionally handle a difficult situation. The property felt fresh, spacious and modern.

The gym space was ridiculously small - the size of a hotel room. I had to share this space with three more people which was a bit too crouded. The use of the indoor pool and the entrance to the spa costs extra 8 eur for an adult which is too much as it is already quite an expensive hotel. No kids are allowed which makes the spa hard to use if you have kids…I would instead suggest setting up certain hours during a day for a childfree time.

We had everything we could wish for, really. My requests for a first floor room and to be near my daughters’ room were complied with: the rooms were quiet, spacious and with generously sized showers. The pool area was pleasant, and towels were readily supplied for guests. The breakfast choices were very good. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

A minor gripe: I was charged €1.50 for a small packet of biscuits from the mini bar, whereas at other hotels I’ve stayed at biscuits in the rooms have been free, and supplied each day. Also the cooked breakfast seemed for some reason cold.

The hotel staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was quick and did a thorough job. The Hotel is dog friendly and they had prepared accessories for the dog.

The breakfast wasn't that good, or rather, simply too expensive for the price. We were there with a small dog, so we weren't allowed to go straight to the bar or restaurant. It's just annoying that the lights are turned off 40 minutes before the bar closes in the evening, leaving you sitting in the dark.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Specially enjoyed the fresh orange juice watching it come out of the machine. Lots of healthy food on offer and some naughty choices as well like the croissants and honey and pasteis de natas. Restaurant staff were polite and efficient. Beds very comfortable especially the enormous pillows. We ate in the hotel in the evening on a few occasions and the food was beautifullly presented and tasty. Room was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff - thanks for that.

Had difficulty getting the shower set at a comfortable temperature. Also I couldn't reach any of the hooks in the bathroom as I'm only five foot tall. Had the same problem trying to reach the hangers in the wardrobe.

The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk to the main tourist attractions but enough away from them to not feel overcrowded. There were lovely restaurants and cafes near by and a supermarket beside it. The pool and cocktails from the bar were a huge bonus. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The gym was another bonus which was very small but if you want to do a workout it is great to have and I had it to myself both times I used it. The room was very quiet. The hotel doors don't bang and we didnt hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. The rainforest shower in the bedroom was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Porto.

I think it's a bit much to charge for the spa, especially as it's only a small pool and sauna. It should be included in the hotel cost. We upgraded to a room with a balcony, but my understanding of a balcony is that you could sit out on it, but you definitely could not sit out on this.

Spent a wonderful 5 nights here in April. Hotel is modern and clean and ideally situated for exploring Porto. Transfers from the airport were easy on the metro and then a 10 mins walk to the hotel. We had asked for a quiet room which was very peaceful. The room was spotlessly clean and airy with a great bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was super comfy too. There is a great selection for breakfast including fresh omelette station and fresh orange juice machine. The friendly, hardworking restaurant staff kept everything topped up and the tables clear. We also ate in the hotel for dinner on two nights and the food was delicious. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries. We would 100% stay here again on our next time to Porto!

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were fortunate to be given a room upgrade. Our beautiful room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel was welcoming, clean and had lovely decor. We loved the variety of options available on the delicious breakfast buffet. Staff were really efficient in clearing away dishes too. Obviously all staff have been well trained - a credit to the hotel.

Nothing!! We would have liked to have been able to spend more time enjoying our room and the hotel facilities, but also wanted to see the beautiful sights of Porto!

This hotel was impeccable. The fact that they had a pool was great as we could use the lounges in the afternoon and just relax for a bit with a drink/felt asleep in the shade. The hotel also has an agreement with a nearby parking for only €10 per day which was useful for us. The room itself was quite big, beautifully decorated and the bathroom featured a spacious shower. The location is central, everything is within walking distance and if you find yourself on the other side of the river, once you've crossed the bridge back, there's a handy fenicular to take you up the hill.
