The amenities/facilities were excellent! My family took advantage of the gym, onsen, free drink bar and laundry. The laundry was a coin operated washer/dryer with a ‘set your own lock’ on it. You could also view the availability of the washers (3 total) on the TV. They had a packing compressor if you needed to minimize all your purchases for packing. Parking was convenient and free. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

If you are driving north toward the hotel, Google Maps makes you pass the hotel and do a little loop turnaround to drive south toward the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault and we have nothing negative to say about the hotel. We were very fortunate to have such a nice experience.

The facilities at the hotel were very clean and modern. We had a very comfortable room, and enjoyed the public (outdoor and indoor) onsens as well as the very delicious locally themed dinner and breakfast meals. We also loved the extra amenities, which include but were not limited to a variety of drinks, popsicles and an outstanding shampoo/conditioner bar. There is also a free 20 minute shuttle bus to and from Beppu Station. We were able to conveniently book this shuttle initially by contacting the hotel privately through the Booking app. Finally, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and friendly thoughout our stay. It was hard to leave and we would definitely consider coming back in the future.

nice and clean onsen facility, great staff service, rooms are new and clean. highly recommend rooms with sea view. this location is also in the middle of major attractions of sanrio harmony land, african safari and umitamago/takesakiyama monkey zoo. about 15-20 mins drive to these locations when the traffic is light.

you must drive to the hotel and their driveways only allow left turn onto southbound traffic. you cannot make a right turn directly from northbound and will have to u-turn. if you want to get onto northbound from the hotel, you must turn left first onto the southbound and then u-turn. hotel restaurant will stop taking customers at 7:30p so you must plan ahead where to eat if you miss it.

We stayed one night. Hotel is on Bay of Beppu It was a nicely appointed room Free beer until 8pm We didn’t use onsen but it is available Staff is very helpful Easy free on site parking Clean and Quiet

Pillow was very uncomfortable, felt like grain or bean bag material, hard as a rock “Mountain View” means street side not beach side - not picturesque, but it is still soundproof Tremendous traffic and due to median need to complete awkward U-turn to get to hotel. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance and hotel restaurant must be pre-booked and was an expensive buffet. Check out is 10am

Hotel is newer, so everything was modern and worked well. The seventh-floor bar/lounge was very enjoyable. Nice place sit and look out over the bay.

The outdoor foot bath closes at eight PM. There were multiple families enjoying it and all customers seemed to be content socializing, but the staff requested everyone leave as it was eight PM. If guests are enjoying themselves chatting with fellow guests, why not extend the allowable use of the foot bath for a couple hours.

The staff was very nice. They were truely awesome. The room was good and I would of gave it a 5 star but the picture of the shower room does not give its true nature. You have to be very short to enjoy and relax in the tub. It looks big in the picture. Also, breaksfast, wasnt really fond if it. For the price, I really expected a better layout. Other than that, me and the family was good.

A hotel with excellent facilities and great comfort. The concept seems to be that you get everything in the hotel, from foods and drinks to onsen experience. The service was excellent as well. highly recommend!

You need a car to get around although the hotel provide shuttle service to JR station.

This hotel has free flow drink and beer in afternoon time. The outdoor onsen is amazing we can choose hot and cold onsen as well. They provide colourful kimono for us to experience. Level 2 kids room also awesome. Overall worth to stay 👍

Very poor selection for Western breakfast (but massive selection for Chinese tourist groups so perfect if you prefer that kind of breakfast!).

Good service, nice breakfast. Unfortunately the dinner was fully booked. There are no other restaurants nearby. The hotel location is bit out of main town.
