This hotel is beyond my expectations. I completely love it! The experience here is wonderful. Even though it is a 15-minute drive from the center of Beppu, it is completely WORTH IT !!! From the moment, I stepped in the staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and helped make my check-in process go smoothly. The hotel facilities, like the onsen, are amazing! The onsen is very clean and large, with various options, including the outdoor onsen (my favorite one), where you can observe the view of the sea and chill in an ocean breeze. The amenities provided, such as luxurious skincare product made my experience truly relaxing. In the onsen relaxing lounge, you will have a refreshing drink. One of the things I like the most is the warm Amazake drink, which was very calming and relaxing. Not to mention, the panoramic views from the hotel are breathtaking, with the clear blue sky meeting the sparkling ocean. The stunning scenery creates a sense of calm and makes every moment truly relaxing. I was completely mesmerized by it. There is also a large swimming pool and spacious parking for guests who drive. Another highlight is the night lounge, which offers complimentary snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic drinks, providing a perfect spot to unwind and relax in the evening. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING!!!! The buffet line was HUGE, offering an incredible variety of delicious options. It truly exceeded my expectations and added so much to the overall experience In conclusion, this hotel offers an exceptional experience with its breathtaking views, outstanding facilities, and warm hospitality. From the relaxing onsen to the complimentary night lounge, every detail is thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility. I will definitely come back!

Lounge free drink and snacks

The meals was very good option So many choice of food and drinks it was satisfy everyone in the family. the view is amazing the room was comfortable and clean. the Food, the view and the room was Worth every dollar we paid.

As we have six people in our family so we have to paid ¥600 ( ¥100 each)Onsen fee which is not expensive. However that was after the Reception told me That I can’t go in because I have tattoo. But still have to pay it anyway. Why??? that is weird. Four of us end up didn’t go as i couldn’t take kids so they missed out. Also Elevator was set to close so fast I got hit by it a few times as well as my kids.

Perfect match! The lounge that has alcohol an non alcohol drinks included in the fee. Swimming pool with no additional charge. And swimming pool had free of charge ice cream. Very big Onsen with outside section. Gigantic choice of free flow breakfast. Perfect choice for the weekend stay with kids.

Rooms are a bit old, but it doesn’t matter.

Love the onsen, room and breakfast at this hotel. The selection offered at the breakfast buffet totally overwhelmed us in a good way. Onsen facilities are well maintained and amenities provided were wonderful. The room was spacious for a family of three and we would love to stay here again next time.

The location is not exactly easily accessible unless you drive.

Spacy room. Good beds. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Breakfast food quality was very good. Free snacks and drinks in the lounge afternoons and late evening. Very polite and helpful staff. Hot Spring and public baths very nice and good, clean and safe access. Overall very good deal

Highlight for me is breakfast and Onzen. Great view. Food has lots of variety but it is same menu 2 days that i stayed. Lounge for everyone is quite nice but no place to sit. Overall I am very happy I chose to stay here. We had a great time.

Parking is very far. It is up the hill so you need to have a car to come here.

Spacious room with fantastic view (even mountain view is worth for stay) I haven’t seen sea view much because the weather was not clear but it is located on prefect landscape. Very nice onsen with sea view. Free drink including alcohol and snack after 3pm and 8pm is more expectation.

Breakfast, the social time was enjoyable, everything was clean and great. the employees were very helpful.

Parking, I am used to larger spaces, and more places to park. Walking from the parking area to the lobby of the hotel when its cold. Pool area area was closed. overall was enjoyable

That they don't have water dispensers and allow only 2 small bottles of water on the house. Rest the guests need to purchase. In a hot place like Japan in summers, a water dispensers for self service.is a must
