- The room was perfect - The view over the valley is breath taking - A very comfortable bed, and a luxurious interior - We loved our mornings on the balcony, and the room service was faultless

- The gym equipment is mostly broken, and unusable - The breakfast quality was sub-standard, however the room service breakfast was much better - The ‘check out survey’ was very persistent from the staff, breaking down the scores you gave - it felt excessive and slightly uncomfortable - The rooftop is wasted - there is a fire pit but nothing else (no sun beds, cafe, bar etc) - could be a lovely space for a rooftop tea/coffee or yoga etc.

N/A The only issue I had was the hotel asking me to make a deposit in Indian Rupees. They harassed me to make a payment with multiple people sending me a message on whatsapp. I did not have an Indian credit card which made it difficult to make a payment. The deal on Booking.com was to pay on arrival. This constant harrassment made it very annoying. I finally had to borrow a friends credit card to make the deposit. They said if I did not make a deposit, I would lose my booking.

Very nice location and staff. Food slightly overpriced, but no deal breaker. Beautiful views from the room and good balcony. Bonfire was nice too.

The road that takes guests to the hotel needs serious attention and upkeep. You're doomed if you're on a car with low clearance. No chance of getting in, if there's a shower or storm. Buffet / restaurant service was rather disorganised. Good food, but staff needs major upskilling

A la Carte food was generally very good. Buffet was a mixed bag. No air conditioning and no alcohol availability were a let down. The staff were very courteous and always trying their best to help. Our friends had to drop out due to ill health at the last minute and the hotel were very kind and supportive in agreeing to cancel their booking at this late stage without charges. The ayurvedic massage in the spa were fantastic.

We managed mostly to get by without air conditioning but in the summer months it would be a big issue. Also not able to avail of alcohol in the restaurants was let down. A cold beer after an outing in the heat would be a great bonus!

None. Although the tap was broken, the staff fixed it. As it took sometime, they were cordial enough to offer us a complimentary dinner. I could feel that they wanted our stay to be comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic! Our day in the Jacuzzi room, overlooking the stunning tea plantations, was nothing short of magical. The morning trek led by the knowledgeable Ranjan Sir was an adventure full of breathtaking scenery. There are plenty of board games and scenic cycling routes to keep things interesting. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the staff's warmth and hospitality. And do not forget about the delicious dinner and breakfast—absolutely divine! A must-see for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature's beauty.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. The food was very good. The chicken biryani is a must try. The breakfast is chargeable but they have lots of options and the food is tasty. The dosas are crip and thin. The view from the dining area is very good

We visited during the off season ( monsoon) . As the approach road was through a hill and had narrow roads they were debris from landslides that happened before and a portion of road was heavily damaged.

The property had a great view and was well laid out. We felt comfortable and the service was good. We had everything we asked for and enjoyed the massages. The property is in a beautiful location.

The third floor roof terrace seems unfinished and we would have liked more entertainment up there. Right now there are a few seats which is a waste of the space. Some things are randomly chargeable for example the pool table while other games are free

It’s on the Hill top. It’s a five star property. We stayed here for 3 days. The rooms are large and beautifully designed. The weather is so good that no room has AC. The interior of the room is aesthetic. The bathroom is comfortably large and well maintained. The linens, towels are clean. Food is very tasty. The hotel has a large terrace. We can witness beautiful Sunrise here with complementary tea. Many tables and chairs are nicely arranged here. Many activities are conducted by the staff in the evening and complementary tea/coffee, snacks are served here. The cool weather and a bonfire makes evenings very memorable. Most of the inmates spend their evenings here. The gaming room is also large and well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Really Loved the place.
