I am somewhat disabled and always look for hotels that offer a walk-in or wheel-in shower. That is one of my main criteria. The hotel was clean, the staff that we met was pleasant and helpful. I was a little surprised when I found that breakfast did not come with the room but everything was hot and edible. I have often wondered why more hotels haven't embraced more walk-in showers since that is what most people use now instead of the tub.

The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of selections, great food, and wonderful staff. Brandi the wait staff both at breakfast, and at the restaurant/bar the first night made our stay wonderful. She was attentive to our every need before we were aware of the need! Denise at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. She answered all of our questions and even remembered us when we walked by the desk on the way to other areas in the lobby both days.

We have absolutely no complaints.

Unfortunately I did not like the pillows I am allergic to feathers.. Must have hypoallergenic products. And the pillows small for a King Size Bed, Only provided 3 sets of towels..

It was very spacious and comfortable. Also the breakfast was great.

The pool was cold for the kids and the bed could’ve been softer but other than that everything was great.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.

There was a kid upstairs that started jumping off furniture and jumping on the floor above us early in the morning. Not your fault, but I didn’t like it.

Close to so many restaurants and ballpark

The only thing that we have to complain about is the bathtub was dirty. Other than that it was good

The front desk staff is great; they work hard to find solutions to make your stay as best as possible. The rooms are spacious; and in general the hotel is quiet. Have stayed here multiple times.

I can tell that the hotel is struggling to hire good staff for housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen. I think the lady who waited on me in food service at the time of check in was high. Housekeeping is struggling to keep up with the standard of the hotel that it has maintained in the past. There is beginning to be signs of wear and tear that should be addressed by a good handyman, things are just not getting repaired in a timely manner or those in charge of maintenance lack skills.

Property was in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and Scott Air Force Base.

Did not get to spend much time at the property to explore the amenities.

It was clean and kept up. Nice pool and walking trail behind it. Plenty of food options inside and around the restaurant.

Hotel is close to restaurants shopping and Scott Air Force Base.

Would like to have spent more time there to explore the amenities.
