The price I paid is S$40 so it is a good price. What I didn't know was "call the property" feature n I was Abit panicky cos I thought I was scammed when I keyed in my booking at kiosk n "no booking".but Basmeer (smile in Arabic word) came to rescue. He was patient n approachable.

No wifi N tripped a few times cos we not used to the curb between the bathroom door n hallway N 1 room key is not enough The shuttle bus info on website is not clear n I wasted 1hr waiting.

I have a concern about a red light keep flashing inside the smoking alarm module which is right above the bed. Im afraid its a camera, can anyone verify with me?

The reservation area is kinda spooky and not promising. What do you expect seeing a foreigner in the middle of the night to collect the room key besides having a thought that you gonna meet a scammer? Plus, the staff himself cant speak local language. The management better prepare a proper reservation table (probably a well seen area) to collect the key. Collecting cash for deposit from customers and simply keep the money in a car in the parking area exposing the staff for robbery!

The rooms are comfortable ! Helpful team and view from the rooms are beautiful.

The carpet at the building were bit smelly however the room itself was wonderful 😊

Kembali kitchen restaurant offers delicious food especially fried keow teow.Overall, it had a warm and inviting atmosphere.

“One thing to note is that the property does not offer bellboy service, so guests will need to manage their own luggage which is hard because I’m travelling with small kids and elderly.However, the staff is generally helpful if you need assistance.”

Location is excelent, uppon the hill. it seems like BERASTAGI, our home land in Indonesia. In the morning the mist very thick, very cold but we enjoy it. we hope can came back again some day, and saty here. And we will recomended this Hotel to our Friend and other families. thank you for your services

To collect the property keys on arrival, why must in the basement at 3rd floor. why not like the other hotels, to colletct the kyes at infront desk of the hotel. maybe some day this method can be changed to eassier the guest who wants to stay here. but overall, this hotel is GOOD.

The bathroom was nice and clean, bed was very nice and comfortable

The room was not made even after we turned on the make the room sign. Lift access is slow and limited especially during checkout time. Faulty plug point, casing fell off when removing my adaptor. One of the plug points which used for electronic kettle is unable to be detached. Was not given the room that was expected

comfortable.

The hotel was very difficult to find. It connected to others hotel entrance. Very confusing for guest to check in.

Spacious clean, staff are very nice and easy to communicate . Initially, the pool should be warm water but lately the water not so warm but other then the pool, everything is great and worth every single penny you spent. Groceries just right underneath the tower ,convenient wise 10/10.From computer mouse to mobile phone cable and charger, from food to beverages ,you name it they got it...marvellous location to put up for a few days and get away from the city pollution and noises.

Nothing much other then the pool which initially should be warm or hot pool , but now rather cold and not warm.
