The hotel check-in went without a hitch. The staff were extremely friendly and multi-ligual. We stayed in the Villa Palma on the ground floor and had a great view of the bay and Izola (Isola) and could see as far as Trieste, Italy and beyond. Breakfast itself was great. / The location is perfect for trips to the lovely neighbouring towns such as Koper, Lucija, Piran and Portoroz. Also, the hotel is situated only a 25 minute drive from Trieste, Italy and literally ten minutes to Croatia. We took this opportunity to visit Novigrad and Motovun in Croatia, and made multiple visits to Trieste. That said, we felt more comfortable in Slovenia and Croatia where we were treated very well. Overall, we had a good stay.

The morning coffee was available through a machine, not barista. / The hotel is quite busy and housed during our stay bus loads of teenagers arriving for various sporting events. Thus, our room was not as quiet as we would have liked. / Parking can become a challenge as well. / The rooms require a bit updating due to the high traffic, but we missed nothing

Room was little bit of smaller for 3 person, but at the end it was ok, for stay and sleep, view from the room was nice, see side of the Villa Loret. Room was clean and tidy, cleaning service doing a good job. Room was also air conditioned, which was also very helpful during these hot days. Parking close to the building, also no issue there. Shuttle bus to beach was also very useful and drivers were nice and very helpful, really thumbs up for this service. Breakfast I would say standard. But I have to point out nice view from the restaurant terrace, really wonderful. We did use also pool, which was clean and tidy also big plus for the facility. Overall we did enjoy stay at the facility.

I have nothing to add, may be I would like to have more sweet deserts during the breakfast, so local cakes or pastry.

Yet again, the Hotel Belvedere had been a profoundly magical experience for us. This was our third consecutive annual visit here during the summertime, and they managed to prove their value in many aspects. This year however, we decided to give the dinning option a try - again, the beef that had been prepared was indeed tasty, perfectly marinated and cooked as well as all the other options (sides, deserts etc.) that were at our disposal at the buffet. Considering that we don’t have that high (in quantity) intake, the 22€ per person dinner price was a bit steep for us… But on the other hand, if you are a person that can get higher value out of a (basically all you can eat) buffet, then it’s still one of the best options for you, compared to the price range in all of the restaurants nearby. Everyone who is working there are super nice and every year we are excited to see them again❤️ Maybe we are lucky but every year even the room is ready before 15:00. And we sure will come back nex year. Wish them all the best🍀❤️

The price does not justify what you are getting. I was placed in one of the villas. You pay for hotel accommodation and you have a view of a camp park. I am disappointed with the hygiene of the room. I found dust and a spider on the wall and the door frame even though there was a cleaner who changed the towels and cleaned the room every day. I can only praise the breakfast and the staff who worked on it. You pay for hotel accommodation which is not cheap at all and you get spider in the room and the villas are not connected to the restaurant. You have a view of a camp.

Price is very high for this service.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet gives you more than enough to choose from, both savory and sweet, including fresh fruit and hot dishes that alternate. Our room was good. It was clean and comfortable, nothing special. But enough for our two nights there. I don't know if it was because of the weather or if the season is winding down, but it was calm.

The bathroom was working but could use an upgrade. Furthermore, the soundproofing could be better as well. There was a loud group that came in the first night and they were speaking rather loudly at 1AM. Though that was the only time.

Very good and sensational hotel. Good, comfortable and spacious apartments and we were placed in one with a small balcony and a view of the sea and the cove, which was excellent for a snack and night's rest. Excellent internet, free parking spaces for guests and an EXCELLENT breakfast, with many options and varieties. Practically a lunch. Just two observations: in the building we stayed in there was no elevator and the parking spaces in front of the reception are generally full and it causes doubts for those arriving if they can stop quickly there to check in or get some information, so I ended up giving more a walk around the place to see if I could find a place to stop. Otherwise, everything was perfect. There is even a road leaving the hotel that goes to a very close beach (about 800 m) but, if I'm not mistaken, there is a van also from the hotel that goes this route, I just don't remember if it is included or if you pay separately.

Best thing - breakfast. Nice food selection and all items feel like they are of good quailty. Clean bedding, and towels, that they change every day. Very friendly staff. Nice view from some rooms. Big balcony. Room is quite nice, bathroom is bigger than many others. The swimming pool seems nice but because of the weather we didn't get to try it. Location is good, peaceful and not far from the beach (if you can even call it that way).

Generally clean, the bathroom is very clean, but there were some spider webs on the ceiling. AC wasn't working. They fixed it quickly, and it started cooling nicely, but didn't want to heat (weather changed a lot in two days). Not many things to do. If you want to go to the spa, you have to pay extra. No amenity kit of any sort. Overall not a great value. We went during low season, just one day after our stay prices went up significantly which can only make it even worse value.

We booked last minute and were given an upgrade at check in. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The view was amazing! We had dinner at the restaurant and were given a complimentary appetizer and glass of wine. The food was very high quality and fresh. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. Sadly, we only got to stay one night. If we ever are able to return to Slovenia we will certainly stay at Belvedere Resort again. I highly recommend this place for lodging and food. The staff is excellent and friendly.

Everything was excellent. I would suggest darker curtains for the room since it got daylight at 5:30 am when we were there.

Nice location and view, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast with a large variety. The accomodation in one of the smaller villas was nice and clean. We could always get parking space directly in front of the house which was quite convenient.

When we arrived, a very intensively smelling cleaning product had been used, we had to open the terrace doors for a while to get rid of the smell.
