Food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, location is perfect.

The indoor swimming pool is not in operation in July and August. This we got to know upon check-in. That was a pity as the pool was one of the reasons we booked this place and prior to our arrival we received no information on the pool being closed in high season. Weather was not so great for many days and kids would have loved to be in the pool at least. We were there with two children, one was sleeping on a pull-out bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention that due to limited space in the room the balcony door could not be opened with pull-out bed being right next to it.

San Simon is hotel complex with you need for a good rest. It has various types of hotels, a restaurant, 2 beach bars, private beach , ice cream shop, water slides on the beach and desk chairs rent. We stayed in 4-persons room with breakfast and dinners. The room was super clean and room services was great! We especially liked dinners, the food is delicious, although on rush hours it’s hard to buy yourself a drink as all waiters are busy. Staying in San Simon is like a staying in little paradise, where all your needs and wishes are covered.

All was great with hotel, 1 thing though : AC in our room could be better Also it is not related to the property, but the staff on water slide on the beach does not watch the safety at all. They sit in their phones and do not pay attention to people on water slides.

The location is beautiful, staff are friendly and speak several languages. Breakfast is plentiful, the view from the restaurant is very pleasant. Beds are comfortable and the windows seal very well, so we couldn't hear the party in the restaurant.

AC in the room was very loud, couldn't open the window either, because the noise from the restaurant AC was even louder. There is a "smoking terrace" between the first and second floors in the Sirena building and if anyone went to smoke there, the whole building was filled with cigarette smoke. The property is not separated from the streets, so anyone can enter the grounds. There is nowhere to dry wet towels or swimsuits in the room.

Location was absolutely great. Hotel consists of multiple buildings and the one called Sirena (where we were in it) is the closest to the sea. It's literally 1 minute walk from the sea ( a little downhill, but short) . I think it's one of not many places on Slovenian coast, where hotel come so close to the coast and a nice beach. Our building was newly renovated, that helped a lot. Rooms were air conditioned The beach does not belong to the hotel, so if you want to get a bank you gotta pay, but this beach had a lot of foresty areas with shade, which we made use of. On weekends it is a little overpopulated with locals, but they also gotta rest somewhere. The sea water was pleasantly warm and the beach still offers space where there are not too many people. However, the sea sometimes brings some dirt of sea grass and even trash. We definitely had days with clean sea, but you have to stay multiple days to catch that( also going in the morning helps) Changing towels plus vacuuming the floor, taking the trash out happens every day but that's all you get . We were also putting out a 'please clean the room' sign. Linen is changed in 8 days. Food. The buffet was decent, but you have to keep in mind that the restaurant providing breakfasts and dinners is more of a canteen rather than a restaurant. So base your expectations on this: the costs are being optimized. There is a rather limited selection of fresh vegetables and fruit on display. Also they cook a lot of dishes for the buffet, so there are hits and misses , but we could always find a good option to eat. In the evening, selection of meat and cheese cuts is much better. Bistro on the beach for lunch was a hit. It looks a bit low key, but it serves food very similar to most of the grill restaurants around (grilled calamari, fish, cevapcici), but with two benefits: cheaper and you are staying at the beach and enjoying the breeze.

Wonderfull Breakfast, please consider a better coffee! out of the machine the coffee was sweet without an option to cancel the sugar. The other option was Filter coffee with COLD milk. A nice Cappuccino machine would have been awesome to have. Also pool was very nice

there is no good option to shower at the pool with hot water, the changing room is too small when it's with two kids. it was very cold walking back wet to the room in winter. Also there were no Pool towels The minigolf is not straight , made the game very frustrating. I don't mind paying for a good quality, but paying for something that does not work was not so nice.

Very well located, within walking distance of the city center. Our room was spacious with a nice view. The accommodation offers free parking near the buildings, and there is a swimming pool and spa (although we didn't try it). The buffet-style breakfast is substantial, with a wide choice. The same goes for dinner, which is worth trying at least once during your stay.

The following are not faults, just some things to consider: although it was winter, the accommodation was quite crowded, including the restaurant. It can be even more crowded in the summer, high season, which means that if you want peace and quiet, this may not be the right choice. There are no lifts in the buildings, which can be a problem for some as well.

Amazing experience at this beautiful apartment. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The host organised smooth late check-in without any issues. Their parking space is great located on site and not located on the street. It was a really warm day & Air Conditioner in each room was a bonus ! Perfect location you have supermarkets and bakery within 1min walk.

Nice resort close to the beach, good food, nice personal, everything was clean and tidy

We were little bit confused with parking, some places were for free, from the other side of the hotel we had to pay.. city center is not so close to go by foot with small kids.

The breakfast and the dinner is very good. The swimming pool is nice. The crew is polite and friendly. The room is OK and clean. There are enough parking places.

The water flows down very slowly in the sink in the bathroom (Room 625). It has to be repaired.

Nice and quiet area, Private beach available to the guests. Great variety at the breakfast, a bit of everything for everyone. And tasty too. Great sea view from the restaurant. Internet was stable and quite fast for common browsing and e-mails.

Hotel is clean and looked after, but some of the details could be improved. Like rusty dust bin in the bathroom, not working towel heated rail, Door frame in the bathroom would need replacement. Nothing major, small things that can be easly fixed for small money.
