I felt the welcome to the property was not opitimal, A female at the the reception on arrival was not friendly and helpfull

Every.. the location.. the receptionist… the view oh my word😍

The cleaning staff kept on drinking my bottle of vodka in our room and they would just wash the dishes and not clean the room…. I really wish for the management to change the cleaning staff, or else they will loose clients due to this

Shower was clogged. 2nd bedroom no air con. Got injured with hood where the extractor in kitchen.

It is ideally located for the activities that we wanted to do and excellent view on the bay

The cleaning was being done too quick by the maid and dishes left in the dishwasher and the toilets not cleaned properly

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment overlooking camps bay, sleeping 3 comfortably. Lounge, Kitchen and Patio areas are perfect spaces to enjoy and relax. Master bedroom and bathroom are exceptional. Also the underground parking was a bonus as you do need a car for this location at the top of the hill.

The second bedroom / bathroom is smaller with no natural light or AC. Additionally the power supply in SA is currently and for the foreseeable operating scheduled loads shedding for uptown 4 hours at a time, 2 times a day - not something we where aware off prior and if we had stayed in a hotel this wouldn't have been apparent. Some apartments have inverters which ensure uninterrupted power supply, ours did not which made for a challenging trip with two elderly travellers.

This place is beyond stunning, we'll be back! Staff are kind. We loved everything. The look of the place, the utensils that met all our needs, from cutlery to a vase. The view was just beyond stunning and the pool, although very cold. We appreciated the way our apartment was kept clean, just wish our boxes of espresso coffee and savoury biscuits were checked before being chucked away - this is just a tip to the house keeping.

Personally, I wish the bedroom had the same air con in the living room as it got cold in there. We got used to loadshedding but it would help a lot if guests are offered a note on the different times it'll happen. On our check- out morning, it commenced at 8am which was a bit of inconvenience. I'm not sure why, but the bath tub water was brown! The shower, bath sink and kitchen tap water was fine but I couldn't understand the bath situation.

The apartments was very nice

I would have made the housekeeping part of the package. The couch is super uncomfortable. And then I would put maybe just 2 or 4 bottles of still water in the fridge. Go the extra mile for guests. Then the person checking you in should have an attitude even when you mentioned your checking in late because of your flight time.

Everything, the view, the room was super clean and everything was in good order. The inverter was an awesome touch! The privacy is amazing and the fact that you do not get to see most of the guests when going up to your apartment.

Please follow up on requests made on the booking form. I had requested an extra large bed (king) and we were in a queen bed. They did move us to the room with the extra large bed.
