I keep coming back to camps bay and there bay hotel is a great location as a base. They have upgraded the gym and there are more options at breakfast this year. Top tip, enjoy your sundowners at caamils bar, tishane will look after you and the view is amazing. My one feedback would be that I’m a returning customer and that never seems to count for anything as far as rewards.

SUPERB STAY!Beautiful hotel, attention to detail, fantastic pools, breathtaking views! Everything was top class. Our room overlooked the paddle court and had beautiful views of the mountain, stylish bathroom and very comfortable bed, pretty room. Highly recommended!! Would love to stay again, it really is an exceptional establishment. Safe parking within the hotel grounds. Fantastic romantic getaway for me and my husband. A special thank you to Rucille, Tinashe, Roa-Anne and the friendly lady at reception for top class customer service.

Everything. Beautiful hotel, with amazing staff. It was the height of luxury right on the beach with beautiful swimming pools and facilities. Great secure parking. Amazing buffet breakfast. Gorgeous rooms with plenty of space. Can't wait to go back.

The Bay hotel is an amazing hotel in a gorgeous location. Great service and the bed was really comfortable.

Nothing. The room of the Adventure Pad was absolutely lovely. The reason why it’s much cheaper than an ordinary room is because there is no view. One keeps the curtains closed. But if you don’t mind that the room is stunning!

The location is outstanding, enjoy a sundowner at the hotel bar and then it’s a short stroll to any number of beachfront restaurants. Service is very good, Viwe at breakfast was charming and Tinashe at the bar is warm and welcoming

The gym is below the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Just the hot water issue but they advised us to run the hot water 30min prior to showering since the property was fully booked and the water took time to reach other rooms

We spent 1 night at The Bay Hotel. The staff are exceptional and went above and beyond as we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary! Everyone is super friendly, accommodating and very helpful.. We had an amazing afternoon by the pool and a wonderful breakfast before departure. Our room was well sized and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you Bay Hotel for making our stay extra special.

I loved everything about this place. It is in the heart of Camps Bay. The beach is actually at your door step and its closer to restaurants. The receptionist by the name of Lisa made me feel very welcome.✨

They are in a process of changing their menu. So the interim menu is a big No No for a Hotel of this calibre, especially their Mains it’s like a slap in your face. I couldn’t eat what I’ve ordered for dinner, I ended up eating dessert which was a lovely cheesecake.

The service was outstanding, my room was upgraded to one of the best sea facing rooms :) The staff was friendly. special mention to the Rubu and Belinda and the waiters at bistro and Camile's bar.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The continental breakfast was amazing and offered everything that you needed. Great attention to detail such as the amenities from the bedrooms to the sweat towels and water in the gym. will definitely be back.
